Find Out What's Holding You Back From Lifting Without Pain

A 60-minute Injury & Training Consultation for lifters who want to understand their injury, stop guessing through workouts, and know exactly what to focus on to get back to training.

You don’t just want your pain to go away.

You want to get back to lifting the way you actually want to lift.

Maybe you’re dealing with knee, hip, shoulder, or back pain and you're not sure what you can keep doing in the gym, what needs to be modified, or how to build yourself back up.

Or maybe you already went to physical therapy.

You did the band exercises. Bodyweight exercises. Step-ups. Maybe some light machines.

You got better at walking, stairs, and everyday activities.

But your physical therapy had very little to do with preparing you to lift again.

Nobody helped you figure out how to go from rehab exercises back to squatting, deadlifting, benching, training your legs hard, or lifting heavy.

That’s the gap this consultation is designed to fill.

This is a 60-minute, 1-on-1 injury and training consultation for people who are serious about their fitness goals and want to figure out how to rehab their injury WITHOUT completely giving up the gym.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

1. We assess where you are right now.

Before our call, you’ll complete an intake form covering your injury, symptoms, training history, current workouts, and what you want to get back to doing.

Based on your answers, I may also have you record specific movements or lifts for me to review before we meet.

That way, we can use our 60 minutes together to actually figure out what you need instead of spending the entire call going over your history.

2. We break down what's going on and what your training needs to look like right now.

We'll look at what you can currently do, what's limiting you, what movements are painful, and what needs to improve.

We'll go over things like:

  • What exercises you can continue doing

  • What exercises may need to be modified temporarily

  • What strength or mobility limitations need to be addressed

  • Specific exercises that may help you address those limitations

  • How to approach loading the injured area

  • What might need to change about your current workouts

  • What you need to work toward to return to heavier lifting, running, or whatever your fitness goals are

And most importantly, I'll explain WHY we're focusing on those things based on what we find during your assessment.

Because having an injury doesn't automatically mean you need to stop working out.

You need to understand what your body can currently handle and what needs to improve so you can get back to training the way you want.

3. You receive your personalized Action Plan.

After our consultation, I'll put together a detailed breakdown of everything we covered, including your assessment findings, the limitations we identified, and my recommendations for moving forward.

Your action plan will outline:

  • The main issues we identified during your assessment

  • The specific areas of strength, mobility, or movement that need attention

  • Which parts of your current training you can continue

  • Which exercises or activities may need modifications

  • Specific exercises and modifications I recommend based on your assessment

  • Your biggest rehab and training priorities

  • What you should focus on first and what you need to build toward

  • My recommendations for your next steps

This is a personalized ACTION PLAN, not a fully written workout program.

You're not just going to hear that your quads are weak, your ankle mobility is limited, or that you need to strengthen your hips.

We're going to talk about what those findings mean for YOUR training and what you can actually start doing to address them.

I'll give you specific exercise recommendations and modifications based on what we find, along with a breakdown of what you need to prioritize moving forward.

What I won't be doing is building and managing an entire weekly workout program with all your exercises, sets, reps, and ongoing progressions. That's what my 1-on-1 coaching program is for.

The goal is for you to leave knowing what to work on, why you're working on it, and how to start applying those recommendations to your current training.

If your goal is to squat 185 lbs again, we need to identify what's currently preventing you from doing that and what you need to build back up to get there.

Because being able to walk, climb stairs, or do a bodyweight squat isn't the finish line when your goal is getting back to lifting heavy.

4. You get 7 days of direct access to me.

I know questions don't magically stop coming up after our consultation.

That's why you'll also get 7 days of follow-up support directly from me as you start applying what we discussed.

Maybe you need clarification on one of my recommendations. Maybe you're trying to modify an exercise and aren't sure you're doing it correctly. Or maybe something comes up during your workout that you forgot to ask about during our call.

You can reach out, ask questions, and get guidance so you're not left trying to figure everything out by yourself.

This is follow-up support related to your consultation, not ongoing individualized programming or management of your workouts.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS AND MY 1-ON-1 COACHING PROGRAM?

The consultation is for you if you want to understand what's going on, what needs to improve, and what exercises or modifications you should be focusing on so you can make more informed decisions about your training.

You're still responsible for putting those recommendations into practice and managing your own workouts.

My 1-on-1 rehab and fitness coaching program is different.

That's where I take over the programming side of things.

I build your workouts around your injury AND your fitness goals, monitor your progress, adjust your exercises, manage your training loads, and help you progress over time.

You're not responsible for figuring out how to put everything together because I'm doing that part for you.

The consultation gives you the roadmap and specific recommendations. The coaching program is where I build and manage the entire training process for you.

YOUR $297 INCLUDES:
