Every hour, parts cost, rate and price in the file is a made-up EXAMPLE starting point, not a market quote and not a price for your area. Replace them with your own costs, supplier prices and times before you quote anyone. HVAC work needs the right license, EPA refrigerant certification and permits where you work. Refrigerant prices move a lot; update the parts costs before you quote. This is an organizing tool, not legal, tax, accounting or insurance advice.
