A private 60-minute session for people who already know what they want and keep freezing, hiding, or abandoning themselves right before they have it.
You plan, prepare, and research. Then you stall out right before anything becomes real.
You know your patterns better than anyone. You can name them, explain them, diagram them on a napkin. And you still repeat them.
You disconnect from your body when things get intense. In business. In relationships. In your health. In the rooms you asked to be in.
You abandon yourself at the finish line: the offer, the conversation, the moment you could be fully seen.
You've grown in every area of your life. And something keeps holding the ceiling in place.
Here's the part your therapist, your coach, and your self-help library never told you: the ceiling isn't in your mindset. It's in your body. And your body has been hitting it every single time you get close to the thing you said you wanted.
So why are you still trying to think your way past a wall your body built?
I was standing in a room I'd spent two years trying to get into. The opportunity was everything I said I wanted. And the moment it arrived, my chest locked. My voice flattened. I watched myself shrink in real time, and the worst part wasn't that it happened. The worst part was that I'd done this exact thing before. In a different room. In a different relationship. In a different city. In a different country.
I'd traveled to over 100 countries trying to outrun this pattern. I'd studied the Kybalion. Trained in alchemy and transmutation. Sat with mystics and monks. Done the therapy. Done the journaling. Done the breathwork. I could explain my patterns so clearly that every practitioner I worked with said I had "remarkable insight."
And my body still froze at the threshold.
Because insight doesn't build capacity. Understanding a pattern doesn't mean your nervous system can hold the moment that triggers it. I knew why I froze. I just couldn't stay.
The shift didn't happen when I understood more. It happened when I stopped asking my mind to do what only my body could do. When I stopped explaining the pattern and started moving through it. In real time. In the body. With someone who could see the exact moment my system checked out and interrupt it before the old response completed.
That's what I build now. Not more insight. Not more awareness. The actual capacity to stay in the moments your body has been leaving.
You've done the work. Genuinely. You're not someone who avoids growth. You've invested in yourself more than most people ever will.
And the same thing keeps happening.
You get close to the edge, the real one, the one where your life actually changes, and something in your body pulls you back. Not your mind. Your body. Your chest tightens. Your throat closes. Your system floods or flatlines. And by the time you catch it, the moment has passed. The conversation went sideways. The launch stalled. The relationship hit the same wall. Again.
This is not a character flaw. This is not a discipline problem. This is a nervous system that learned, a long time ago, that staying visible, staying open, staying present at full capacity was dangerous. And it's been running that program ever since.
Every ceiling you keep hitting is the same ceiling. It just wears different costumes: business, love, health, visibility. The pattern underneath is identical. Your body reaches a threshold it hasn't been trained to hold, and it does the only thing it knows how to do. It leaves.
You don't need more insight about this. You need your body to have a different experience at the threshold. One where it stays. And someone needs to be in the room with you when that happens.
Imagine saying your price and your voice not dropping.
Imagine being in a room full of people who intimidate you and your chest staying open. Not performing confidence. Actually having it. Because your body isn't scanning for the exit anymore.
Imagine having the conversation you've been rehearsing for six months. And your throat doesn't tighten. Your hands don't shake. You just say it. From your chest. And the person across from you actually hears you, maybe for the first time, because you're finally present enough to be heard.
Imagine the moment you usually abandon yourself, the offer, the boundary, the ask, the visibility, and instead of leaving, you stay. And something entirely different happens. Because the room was never the problem. Your body's capacity to stay in the room was the problem.
One session doesn't change your life. But one session can change your body's relationship with the moment that keeps taking you out. And when that moment changes, everything downstream from it changes too.
This is a 60-minute 1:1 Zoom session built around one thing: helping you stay present, regulated, and honest in the moment that keeps taking you out.
We don't spend the hour talking about your history. We find the live edge, the specific pattern, the exact moment your system checks out, and we work with it in real time. Coaching, somatic regulation, movement, direct interruption of the response your body keeps running on autopilot.
You don't leave with a journal prompt. You leave with a body that had a different experience at the threshold it usually runs from.
01. Nervous System First
Everything starts in the body. We identify where you freeze, collapse, or flee, and we build the regulation tools to widen your window of tolerance for the thing that's actually happening in your life right now.
02. Pattern Interruption In Real Time
We don't just name what's blocking you. We find the moment your system leaves, and we interrupt it. Live. So your body gets to practice staying instead of rehearsing the exit.
03. Identity In Motion
Who you're becoming requires rehearsal. The alchemists called this citrinitas, the stage where the new identity isn't imagined anymore, it's embodied. We use movement, visibility reps, and real-life integration so the new version of you has a body to live in.
04. Honest, Direct Support
No spiritual bypassing. No toxic positivity. No "you're doing great" when you're clearly abandoning yourself mid-sentence. Clear feedback, honest reflection, and the kind of support that helps you stay instead of running when things get uncomfortable.
Four areas. One integrated system. Your nervous system doesn't compartmentalize. The pattern that makes you shrink in business is usually the same one making you disappear in your closest relationship.
Your body is the vehicle. We build the relationship with it that makes everything else sustainable.
→ Nervous system regulation as a daily practice, not a crisis response
→ Embodied movement, not punishment, not performance
→ Sleep, rest, and recovery as capacity builders
→ Listening to your body instead of overriding it
Money and business growth require the capacity to be visible, to receive, and to follow through. We build that.
→ Nervous system capacity to be seen and paid well
→ Somatic patterns around money, risk, and expansion
→ Systems that let you scale without self-abandonment
→ Follow-through when resistance shows up at the threshold
How you show up in relationship, with yourself and others, is a direct reflection of your nervous system capacity.
→ Staying present instead of shutting down
→ Receiving love and closeness without flinching
→ Communicating from regulation, not reaction
→ Stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace
The bigger the vision, the more capacity it requires. The alchemists called it rubedo: the stage where the work stops being internal and starts reshaping the world around you.
→ Visibility without collapse or over-performance
→ Leading from a regulated place, not adrenaline
→ Building something that reflects who you actually are
→ Staying the course when your body wants to bolt

I'm not going to list credentials like this is a job interview.
Here's what I'll tell you.
I've been engaged. Been cheated on. Twice. Deployed to multiple combat zones as a Soldier. I've frozen at thresholds I spent years preparing for. I've abandoned myself in rooms I fought to be in. I've watched myself shrink in real time and hated every second of it while my body did it anyway.
I backpacked to over 100 countries trying to outrun the pattern. I studied the Kybalion. I trained in alchemy and transmutation. I sat with mystics and monks. I went looking for the answer in every framework, every modality, every country I could get to.
The answer wasn't in any of them. It was in my body. It was always in my body.
I didn't learn this from a textbook. I learned it because my body wouldn't let me skip the lesson. And the map I drew for myself is the same map I use in every session: find the threshold, interrupt the pattern, stay.
150,000 people didn't follow me because I have a nice feed. They followed because they watched me move and felt something they haven't felt in years. Something they didn't know was still in there.
I taught a millionaire to dance with his wife and kids again. He said it changed his marriage. I've had people message me at 8am saying they danced alone in their apartment for the first time and cried and didn't know why. I know exactly why. Their body finally got permission to speak.
That's what I do in a session. I hold the room while your body finally says what it's been holding.
→ You know what the issue is, but you keep getting taken out when it matters.
→ You want focused support on one specific pattern, conversation, launch, decision, or edge.
→ You're open to body-based work, not just talking about the problem.
→ You want a real shift, not temporary relief that fades by Thursday.
→ You're not ready for a longer container, but you need real support now.
→ You've done the mindset work. You need someone who works with the body.
✗ You want someone to fix your life in one call. This is a shift, not a miracle.
✗ You want mindset advice without working with the body. Your mind already has the answers. Your body is the one that needs the session.
✗ You're looking for long-term coaching inside a one-off session. One pattern. One edge. One real shift. That's the container.
✗ You need clinical mental health support. This is coaching, not therapy.
✗ You're unwilling to be honest about what is actually happening. The session works when you do.
$222. One session. One shift your body keeps.
60 minutes. One private session. Coaching, somatic work, regulation tools, integration notes, and a recording you can come back to whenever your body needs the reminder.
You've spent more than this on courses you watched from your couch and forgot about. On therapy sessions where you explained your patterns perfectly and then repeated them the next day. On coaching calls where someone told you to "reframe your mindset" while your body was screaming that the problem was never in your mind.
$222 to change your body's relationship with the one moment that keeps taking you out. The offer. The conversation. The boundary. The room. Whatever your threshold is, we meet it. Together.
Sessions booked on a first-come basis. Limited availability.
Insight didn't change you. Staying will. And your body has never had someone in the room helping it stay.
What does "somatic" mean in practice?
It means we work with your body, not just your thoughts. We pay attention to what happens in your nervous system in real time, where you tighten, where you disconnect, where you perform, and we use that as part of the shift. You don't need to know the terminology. Your body already speaks the language.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching, not therapy. It is body-based, reflective, and direct, but it is not clinical mental health care.
Do I need experience with somatic work?
No. The session is designed to meet you where you are. If you've never done body-based work, this is a powerful place to start. If you have, this will go deeper than what you've experienced before.
Can one session actually help?
Yes. If you come in with one clear edge or pattern. This is not meant to solve everything. It's meant to create a real, felt shift in one important place. Most people leave saying they felt something move that years of other work never touched.
What should I bring to the session?
Come with honesty, a willingness to slow down, and one real thing you want help with. That's enough.
What if I know I need more than one session?
That's fine. One session can still be the right place to begin. If deeper support makes sense afterward, we can discuss that. But this session stands on its own. You'll leave with something real regardless.
You can keep explaining yourself to yourself.
Or you can stay.
One session from now, you could have a different relationship with the thing that keeps taking you out. Not because you understood it better. Because your body finally had a different experience at the exact moment it usually leaves.
That starts by booking the call.
