Cord Cutting: Stillness & Movement

I know a lot of you are sitting in this right now.

You wake up with that familiar weight sitting right in the center of your chest. You find yourself having quiet conversations with them in your head while you are driving or making coffee.

You wonder why someone who chose to lose you still takes up so much room in your daily life.

You wonder why someone that sleeps around with others has the audacity to still love bomb you lives rent free in your mind.

You feel rage knowing that you gave parts of yourself to someone that treated you like trash and you can’t seem to get their energy out of your space

I spent years trying to think my way out of connections that were already over. I would sit on the floor meditating while trying to be peaceful, trying to breathe through it, wondering why I could not just let it go.

Or I would “let them go” and feel great for a moment, but then they just kept coming back into my life, which frustrated me having to keep going through this meditation process or journaling over and over again… when all I wanted to do was to just feel free of them.

What I learned the hard way is that your mind can accept an ending months before your body catches up. When you open yourself up to someone, you build real energetic cords. If you never clear those roots out of your actual physical space, you keep leaking your energy into a memory.

I made this for you because I want you to have your life force back.

I put together two different sessions because our bodies do not always need the same thing:

1) Audio Guided Meditation (20 min). This one is about stillness You put your headphones on, lay flat on your back, and let me guide you through pulling that hook out of your throat, your heart, or your gut. We revoke the silent agreements you made to carry their stuff, and we clear the line.

2) Somatic Video Experience (30min). This one is about movement. Some days you have too much restless frustration and tension trapped in your chest to sit with your eyes closed. You stand up barefoot in your living room, and we shake that heavy energy off your skin, cut through the air, and stamp your feet until your power is locked back in your own body.

3) Dance and Cut Celebration Session (15 min). This one is about dance and celebration. A 15-minute raw session where we turn the music on and dance the cords out together. No choreography, no performance. Just stomping the floor, moving the heavy residue out of your hips and chest, and shaking their presence completely off your skin.
