You’ve spent years being everything to everyone.
Reliable. Capable. The one who holds it all together.
And somewhere in all that holding, you lost the thread back to yourself. To your body. To what you actually want. To the part of you that knows how to feel alive.
She didn’t disappear. She’s just been waiting.
Wild Within is where she comes back.
Does This Sound Familiar?
You’re exhausted from years of tending to everyone else’s needs and you can’t remember the last time someone asked about yours.
You’ve done the therapy. You’ve read the books. You understand yourself intellectually. But something still feels disconnected, like you’re watching your own life from a slight distance.
You know there’s more pleasure, more presence, more YOU, but you don’t know how to get back there. Or whether you’re even allowed to want it.
You’ve held it all together for so long, you’ve lost track of what you actually feel.

What If The Problem Isn’t You?
You weren’t born disconnected from your body and your desires.
You were taught to be.
Through religion, culture, relationships, and a lifetime of “good girl” conditioning, you learned to erase your needs before you even voiced them. To smile and nod. To make others comfortable at the expense of yourself.
That’s a conditioned response, not a character flaw. And it can be unlearned.
Wild Within is where that unlearning happens in your body, not just your mind.
What Women Say After Five Months
“Parts of me I had closed off since my breast cancer treatment. Parts I didn’t even know were closed, gently came back to the surface.”
“I am no longer willing to compromise my needs, wants, desires, and boundaries with anyone.”
“I am more myself in a way that’s hard to describe but is completely real and present to me. I’m grounded and seen and supported beautifully, both during our sessions and in between them.”
“I woke up one morning in excruciating pain… grieving, exhausted, trying to push through for everyone else. For the first time, I chose myself instead. My pain decreased. Life felt doable again. That morning was Wild Within working.”
“I have been telling all the women in my life about Wild Within. The empowerment that comes with liberating ourselves from the constructs we were handed, it’s life changing.”
“Just f***ing do it.”

What Wild Within Actually Is
A five-month coaching circle for women who are ready to come home to themselves: fully, unapologetically, and on their own terms.
This is a living, breathing container where real women do real work together, in circle.
10 virtual sessions over five months
Every other week on Zoom, 90 minutes each.
Every session opens and closes with The Living Ritual, Kim’s signature practice of responsive, embodied group facilitation. It’s where the real work begins. You’ll feel it before you understand it.
Each session also includes:
A teach piece rooted in somatic and embodiment practice
Guided movement, breath, and ritual
Embodied exploration and real conversation
Integration and closing reflection
Between sessions, a private moderated Signal group keeps the community alive for questions, shares, celebrations, and the small daily moments of coming back to yourself.
Groups are intentionally kept small. Maximum 10 women. This is a community.
What Becomes Possible
You learn to trust yourself and your desires. You begin to know what’s right for you and honor it without guilt.
You feel more at home in your own body, experiencing it as a source of safety and power rather than something to manage or override.
You find your voice and use it, clearly, kindly, and without shrinking.
You stop overgiving. You stop second-guessing. You stop explaining yourself to people who weren’t asking.
You learn to decline what drains you and accept what nourishes you, without the guilt that used to follow.
You discover that pleasure, rest, and play are not rewards for finishing everything else. They are the foundation.
You become someone you recognize in the mirror again.

This Is For You If…
You’re a woman in midlife who knows something needs to change but can’t quite name what.
You’ve done therapy and personal growth work but still feel stuck in your body.
You’re tired of being the strong one, the capable one, the one who holds it together.
You want to feel desire, aliveness, and genuine connection again on your own terms.
You’re ready to stop performing and start inhabiting your actual life.
This Is Not For You If…
You’re looking for quick fixes or techniques.
You’re not ready to be honest with yourself in a group setting.
You want someone to tell you what to do rather than help you hear what you already know.

A Note From Kim
I built Wild Within because I was my own ideal client.
I spent years pouring myself into everyone else; my marriage, my children, my students, my clients. I was good at it. Frighteningly good. And somewhere in all that goodness, I began to disappear.
The work I teach isn’t from a textbook. It is from the years I spent learning, slowly, imperfectly, sometimes painfully, how to come back to myself.
Every woman in this circle deserves to know what it feels like to want something and believe she’s allowed to have it. To feel desire without shame. To take up space without apology.
I’d love to have you join us.

Ready?
Cohort 3 begins January 13, 2027. Space is limited to 10 women.
