Hi, I’m Katie - the Founder of KLK Nutrition. I'm a nutritionist, behaviour change specilist and a hybrid competitive athlete.

I’ve dedicated my life to helping others overcome their health challenges. My journey hasn’t always been easy. After facing my own struggles with Crohn's Disease, I realised that the path to true wellness starts from within.

I have always struggled with nutrition and I have spent many years eating around 1,200kcal or less. Although I knew I needed more calories and to essentially reset my system, I didn’t know where to begin. Katie understood all of this and helped to put into place a plan that helped to reset my gut but also still coincided with my plan. Since starting the 6-month gut healing plan, I have noticed a significant improvement in my gut. Katie customises the plan to fit your lifestyle and your needs.
