By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect.

You agree that the Site itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, digital products, performance protocols, documents, guides, services and other materials made available on the Site by the Company (collectively referred to as the "Content") are maintained for your personal use and information by K Phix Therapy Pty Ltd (the "Company") and are the property of the Company and/or its third party providers.
Such Company Content includes, but is not limited to:
• NSW State Cup Body Armour System
• All activation, mobility and recovery protocols
• All training materials
• All graphics, branding, logos, artwork and documents
• All written materials and program structures
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Site and Content solely for personal use.
No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, shared, resold, modified or used for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of the Company.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

They do not constitute medical advice.
Participation in sport and training involves inherent risks. By purchasing and using the product, you acknowledge that:
• You are voluntarily participating in physical activity
• You assume full responsibility for any injury
• You will seek medical clearance if you have an existing condition
• You will cease activity immediately if pain or concerning symptoms occur
The Company does not guarantee injury prevention, performance improvements or specific results.
Results vary between individuals.
Limitation of Liability
Neither the Company nor any party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site or Content shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
All Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

The Company is not responsible for technical failures, service interruptions or malfunctions caused by third party providers.
Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:
All sales are final.
No refunds are offered.
No exchanges are provided.
If a technical issue prevents download, you must contact:

within 7 days of purchase.
Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees at the time of purchase using a valid payment method.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
The Company does not provide price protection for future discounts or promotions.
Calls (If Applicable)
If your purchase includes calls with the Company, you are responsible for scheduling them.
All bookings are non-refundable.

at least 48 hours before your scheduled call.
Failure to attend or reschedule within 48 hours results in forfeiture.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless K Phix Therapy Pty Ltd, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Any injury resulting from misuse
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
