Identity Theft is an educational, comedic, and suspenseful stage play designed to open real conversations families avoid. It follows a high school student who reveals her HIV status and faces everything that comes next—fear, rejection, unexpected support, and strength.

Since 2014, we’ve been helping families have conversations they didn’t know how to start. Not the traditional way. Not the comfortable way—but the way that works.

We created this production to help families open real conversations without shame, say what’s usually avoided, and reach people in a way they can truly understand and feel the love

I just finished watching Identity Theft with my children. As someone who is HIV positive and had a daughter that was born with HIV, I can relate to the main character's experiences with disclosing her status. It was an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish! I found it educational, empowering, funny, sad, and most of all, Inspirational. For anyone that doesn't know the facts about HIV/AIDS or know how to discuss it with others, I urge you to watch Identity Theft. No doubt, Krazy and Nosey did a phenomenal job and always over-deliver. It was a fantastic experience that I will never forget. I can't wait to meet you guys! Love, Lisa

My husband and I saw Identity Theft at the theater, and he couldn't stop laughing. It's hard to make him laugh. We purchased the digital copy to educate our children and family about the importance of HIV/AIDS prevention. If I had to say what was wrong with the play, I would say we need a part 2. Madison, Urkel, Judy on Duty, and Stan Da Man were my favorite characters, but all the cast did a fantastic job. At first, I wanted to kick Sergio's butt, but I ended up liking him. I can't remember all the cast members, but everyone did an amazing job. I love the poem and singing. The school security guard was funny too. This play needs to be in every high school and home. It's a great way to educate the youth about an essential topic in an entertaining way. Thank you for educating me and my family. We have officially become a Red Ribbon Warrior supporter!

The stage play "Identity Theft" was full of laughs, education and real life situations. It's a journey into the stigma set up around the daily life struggles and triumphs of Red Ribbon warriors. I really enjoy the play it has inspired me so many different ways it’s very educational and it helps a lot of people who are living with HIV and who are not living with HIV to have the coverage to go get tested to speak out and to be more responsible with your sexual health it’s very important that we don’t make fun of people and we don’t stigmatized people that are living with anything. Whether it’s HIV cancer herpes syphilis or gonorrhea, it’s important to encourage them to continue if they are living with the virus to continue to take the medication. Continue to take care of themselves and live a happy, healthy life and people love you for you no matter what !you just have to take your power back and step into your power and no you’re worth. Don’t allow others to dictate how you feel about yourself. Every day that God gives you breath, take it and live your best life.

Identity Theft was amazing. This play was very educational. Education, laughter and sadness all wrapped up in one. A man by the name of Stan Da Man said, “we all are flowers that belong to the garden of humanity and we all belong to the Kingdom of God like every other wonder in life”. With that being said this Play shows that we are all one and we should love each other as one no matter the circumstance. 🙏🏾❤️

I found this play to be educational. This is something that need to be out there for the school children to see so that they can realize that HIV don't have any respectable person to get. This play would educate them on what HIV mean and what AIDS means. As I watched this play , I wished that my grandbabies where here to watch with me so they would know that you can learn about HIV and AIDS plus learn how it can be transfer from person to person. My overall rating for this play is a 10, but the volume was a little low but over great play. Thanks for allowing me to watch it. I pray that you get to put this play in many schools. I really enjoyed watching the play Identity Theft by Rocquel McCray aka Krazy. I felt like it was very informative and has an important message about deconstructing the stigma about HIV & AIDS in a unique way. This would be a good educational tool for young people in schools to watch and learn. Though it was a serious topic, the humor in the play helped keep the emotional balance for the viewer. It has its surprise twists and turns but still keeps you engaged. A job well done on an important issue facing our communities everywhere.
