  • Coaching programs (group and 1:1)

  • Digital products and courses

  • In-person and online workshops

  • Educational and personal development services

All services are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any results, including but not limited to income, business success, personal transformation, or specific outcomes.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and commitment

  • No representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind have been made regarding outcomes or earnings

  • You are solely responsible for your results and actions

We do not authorise any third party to make guarantees on our behalf.

6. Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to:

  • Medical advice

  • Psychological or mental health support

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

You acknowledge that you are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed professionals where required.

7. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change at any time.

By purchasing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees in full

  • Provide accurate payment and billing details

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan:

  • You are legally obligated to complete all payments in full

  • This obligation remains regardless of your participation, completion, or satisfaction

If you miss a payment:

  • Access to services may be suspended immediately

  • We reserve the right to terminate your participation

  • The remaining balance will become immediately due and payable

  • We reserve the right to pursue recovery of outstanding payments, including through third-party collection services or legal action

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Where required under applicable Australian Consumer Law

  • If we cancel a program, event, or service and are unable to deliver it

  • If external circumstances (such as natural disasters or major global events) prevent delivery of a service

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

1:1 Sessions

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is forfeited and no refund will be provided

  • You must provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule

Coaching Containers

  • We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions where appropriate

  • No refunds will be provided for unused time or missed sessions

10. Digital Products

Access to digital products will be provided as outlined at the point of sale.

  • Some products may be delivered instantly

  • Others may be delivered at a later date (e.g. pre-sale offers)

No refunds are provided for digital products unless required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including but not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Training materials

  • Worksheets

  • Templates

  • Course content

  • Coaching frameworks

is the intellectual property of Kristal Margrie Lifestyle.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content

  • Share or resell materials

  • Teach, replicate, or use our content for commercial purposes

  • Claim any content as your own

Any breach may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

12. Non-Transferable Purchases

All purchases are non-transferable.

You may not share, assign, or transfer your access to any other person. This includes sharing login details or allowing others to access paid content.

13. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality.

In group programs or workshops:

  • You agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants

  • We are not responsible for disclosures made by other participants

14. Code of Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully and not engage in behaviour that is abusive, harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove you from any program, service, or event without refund if your behaviour breaches these standards.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to services at any time.

  • If you choose to withdraw, you remain responsible for all outstanding payments

  • If we terminate your participation due to breach of these Terms or inappropriate behaviour:

    • You may lose access immediately

    • Any remaining payments will still be owed

    • At our sole discretion, we may choose to release you from future payments

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss or damage

  • Loss of income, business, or opportunity

  • Personal or professional outcomes resulting from use of our services

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kristal Margrie Lifestyle from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
