What You’ll Walk Away With
After listening to just one sound bath, many women describe feeling:
• Regulated
• Grounded
• Mental clarity
• A sense of peace and patience
• Deeper presence
• Stronger connection to their intuition
• Attuned to the body
• Strengthened self-trust
• Like themselves again
You don’t need experience with meditation or sound healing.
You can listen lying down, seated, or even allow yourself to drift into rest.
While this is designed as a 7-day journey, you can move through it in a way that feels good for you.
Why I Created Return Home
Return Home was born from my own need to regulate my nervous system.
I realized that what I was craving wasn’t another answer, but spaciousness and an opportunity to slow down. 💫
When I began creating intentional space through daily sound healing, I noticed a deeper connection to myself. So I created the ritual I needed — and built it into a container you can return to anytime.
Return Home is an invitation to pause.
To step out of external noise and back into relationship with yourself.
This is a regulation practice of remembering.
