Terms and Conditions Agreement for Digital Product

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the digital product "The UGC Career Vault" provided by La Patrona Community ("Company"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. License

Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or business purposes. This license does not permit you to resell, redistribute, or transfer the Product in any form.

3. Prohibition on Resale

You agree that you will not sell, resell, or attempt to sell the Product to any third party. Any unauthorized resale of the Product is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales of the Product are final. Once purchased, the Product cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. By purchasing the Product, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Product are owned by the Company. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on the Product without prior written consent from the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Your use of the Product is at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alameda County.

8. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website, and your continued use of the Product after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
