Latinas Content Creators (LCC) – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Latinas Content Creators (LCC) Membership (“Membership,” “Community,” “LCC”). By purchasing or accessing the membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

Latinas Content Creators is a community-based membership designed to support Latina content creators through education, collaboration, events, and shared resources. Membership access is provided digitally and may include live or in-person experiences.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to join.

• Membership is for individual use only and is non-transferable.

• Providing false or misleading information may result in termination.

3. Membership Access & Benefits

Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:

• Educational workshops, talks, or digital content

• Community chats or private groups

• Member-only or early access to events

• Downloadable resources, templates, or tools

Benefits may change over time. LCC reserves the right to add, modify, or remove benefits without guaranteeing exact offerings.

4. Payments & Billing

• Membership is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan selected).

• By enrolling, you authorize automatic recurring charges through the payment method on file.

• Prices are subject to change with notice.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel your membership at any time through your Stan account.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for:

• Partial months

• Missed events

• Unused content

• Member removal due to policy violations

• Cancellation takes effect immediately.

6. Community Conduct

LCC is a respectful, supportive community. By joining, you agree to:

• Treat all members, organizers, and collaborators with respect

• Avoid harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or harmful behavior

• Refrain from spam, unsolicited selling, or self-promotion without approval

• Follow guidelines set within chats, events, or platforms

LCC reserves the right to remove any member who violates community standards, with no refund.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• All materials shared within the membership are owned by Latinas Content Creators or its collaborators.

• You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, or publicly post membership content without written permission.

• Membership access does not grant ownership or resale rights.

8. Event Participation

• Some membership benefits may include live or in-person events.

• Event availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to capacity limits.

• Members are responsible for their own transportation and expenses unless otherwise stated.

9. Privacy & Communication

• By joining, you agree to receive membership-related communications via email or approved platforms.

• Your information is handled in accordance with Stan’s privacy policies and LCC’s internal practices.

10. Modifications

LCC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the membership after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Latinas Content Creators is not responsible for:

• Business outcomes, income results, or brand growth

• Member collaborations or third-party interactions

• Technical issues beyond our control

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

12. Termination

LCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access for violations of these Terms or community guidelines. Termination does not entitle the member to a refund.

13. Agreement

By purchasing or accessing the Latinas Content Creators Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
