Call Booking Policy

All strategy call purchases are non-refundable.

Your call must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase. Calls not used within this timeframe will be forfeited.

If you need to reschedule, you must email support@latticehudson.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled call.

You will receive one complimentary reschedule.

If you miss your call or request to reschedule with less than 12 hours’ notice, your session will be forfeited.

After your complimentary reschedule has been used, any additional missed or rescheduled calls will also be forfeited.

Please only book if you know you can attend the call on time and be completely present and distraction-free. Please do not join your call while driving.

No Refund Policy

    Any affiliate or partner access associated with a product or program may be revoked at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice or obligation for reimbursement.

  4. Payment Terms:
    All purchases are one-time transactions unless otherwise expressly stated. There are no recurring or ongoing fees associated with your purchase.

  5. Product Delivery:
    If you do not receive the digital product link immediately upon purchase, it is your responsibility to contact our support team with your payment or transaction details to ensure prompt delivery.
