I've spent nearly 20 years in senior corporate roles, leading teams, managing high-stakes situations, and staying composed when everything around me was anything but. That background matters more than it might seem. It means I know how to stay clear-headed under pressure, structure a plan when things feel chaotic, and communicate in a way that gets results, not just reactions. Those are exactly the skills you need when you're dealing with Cafcass, family court, or an ex who won't play fair.

I've also spent the last few years living through exactly what you might be going through right now, and I've built a following of tens of thousands of women by writing honestly about it. That's not incidental. It means I know how to take something messy and overwhelming and turn it into words that make sense, whether that's a difficult email to an ex, a statement for court, or just untangling your own thoughts enough to see your next step clearly.

Alongside my own experience, I'm currently training as a trauma-informed coach, studying narcissistic abuse recovery and codependency. This means our sessions aren't just a chat, they're grounded in an understanding of how trauma actually shows up in the body and mind, why you might feel stuck, frozen, or reactive in certain situations, and how to work with that rather than against it.

I've also spoken to hundreds of women navigating this same territory, so I bring pattern recognition, not just one perspective. Real structure, not just sympathy.

As your coach, here's what I'll actually do:

  • Help you make sense of what's really happening in your relationship, separation, or co-parenting dynamic

  • Prepare you properly for Cafcass interviews or family court processes, so you walk in steady, not blindsided

  • Help you build a parenting plan that actually protects your child and your peace, not just one that looks good on paper

  • Give you tools to navigate high-conflict co-parenting without losing yourself in the process

  • Help you compose clear, structured, child-focused emails and communication with your ex, so nothing gets used against you and everything stays about your child

  • Work with your nervous system, not just your to-do list, so you're not just coping, you're actually regulating

  • Help you work out what your next practical step is, when everything feels like too much to hold

  • Support you in rebuilding your life beyond just surviving this, your confidence, your sense of self, and what comes next for you

This is a space to talk honestly, get clear guidance, and leave with an actual plan, not just a conversation.

Please note: this is coaching, not legal or therapeutic advice. If you need legal representation or clinical mental health support, I'll help point you in the right direction too.
