Please take the time to complete this properly — the more I understand about your business, your current situation and what you want to achieve, the better I can prepare for our time together.

Once I’ve received your questionnaire, I’ll contact you personally to arrange your first private video call.

These will be booked from Monday 28th September 2026.

Your 10 weeks officially begin on the date of your first call.

During that first session, we’ll deep dive into your business, establish your priorities and begin mapping out your personalised 10-week plan.
