Your access to and use of this website, as well as all related websites operated by Leesh Brock LTD and Leesh Brock (which includes stan.store/leeshbrock, among others) (collectively the “Site”), is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect:
You agree that the Site itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, products, services and/or other materials made available on the Site by us or third parties, as well as the look and feel of all of the foregoing (collectively referred to as the “Content”) are maintained for your personal use and information by Leesh Brock LTD (the “Company”) and are the property of the Company and/or its third-party providers. You agree that such Company Content shall include all proprietary videos, HTML/CSS, Javascript, graphics, voice and sound recordings, artwork, photos, documents and text as well as all other materials included in the Site, excluding only materials you provide.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to access, view and use the Site solely for your personal purposes. No Company Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes or downloaded in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by the Company. Modification of the Content or use of the Content for any other purpose is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights of the Company and others, and may be subject to damages. All trade names, trademarks, and images and biographical information of people used in the Content and contained in the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, the Company. Unauthorized use of Content may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants any license or right to use any trademark or proprietary information without express written consent. Please include your name, contact information, the nature of your work and how it is being violated, relevant registration information, the URL of the violation and any other relevant information.
While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information, it makes no warranties or representations as to accuracy. The Company assumes no liability for errors or omissions.
When you register with the Company and/or the Site, you consent to receive notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents and communications concerning new products or services or other correspondence from the Company electronically via email.
If you send comments or suggestions to the Company (including notes, text, drawings, images, designs or computer programs), such submissions shall become the sole property of the Company. No submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidence. The Company shall own all rights (including intellectual property rights) and be entitled to unrestricted use and publication without acknowledgment or compensation.
The Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to restrict unauthorized access to its data and files. However, no system is entirely impenetrable. You acknowledge that unauthorized third parties may access, view, copy, modify or distribute data you store on the Site. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Site. All Content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the Site or Content is error-free or that defects will be corrected. You assume all responsibility for necessary repairs or corrections.
The Company is not responsible for issues caused by third-party websites or providers (including payment processors such as Stripe). Such matters are governed solely by the agreement between you and the provider.
The Company reserves the right to determine whether it is responsible for any malfunction or disruption. It may limit your use of the Site or terminate your account at its discretion if you violate these Terms. The Company reserves the right to refuse access to the Site, Content, products or services to anyone at its sole discretion.
Due to the digital nature of products, all sales are final. No refunds are offered.
You agree to pay for all products purchased through the Company. You are responsible for timely payment and providing a valid payment method. Prices may change at any time. The Company does not provide price protection or refunds for price reductions. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase but before download, your sole remedy is a refund. If technical problems prevent delivery, your remedy is replacement or refund.
Call Cancellation Clause:
If your purchase includes calls with the Company, you are responsible for scheduling them. All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, email hello@leeshbrock.com with the subject “CALL CANCELLATION – [your date & time]” at least 24 hours before the call. Failure to attend or cancel within the 24-hour window results in forfeiture of the call.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims and expenses arising from your use of the Site or breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Orange County, Florida. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time by updating this page. You are bound by such revisions and should periodically review this page.
