Welcome to Leonie Business Coach!
These Terms and Conditions apply to the website, digital products, courses, workshops, coaching sessions, programmes and other services provided by Fab Design Limited trading as Leonie Business Coach (referred to as "we", "us" or "our").
By purchasing a product or service, registering for a workshop or accessing our paid or free resources, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms provided for the relevant offer.

1. Products and Services
We provide business coaching, strategy sessions, workshops, courses, digital products, educational resources and related services.
The inclusions, pricing, delivery arrangements and applicable timeframes for each offer are described on the relevant sales, registration or checkout page.
Where a separate coaching or service agreement is provided, that agreement governs the specific arrangements for that service and takes precedence over these general terms if there is any inconsistency.
We reserve the right to update, discontinue or modify our products and services, provided that any changes to existing purchases are handled in accordance with applicable law and contractual commitments.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout. New Zealand GST is included where indicated.
Payment is required according to the terms displayed at checkout.
Purchases may involve a one-off payment, recurring subscription or instalment arrangement.
By selecting a recurring payment option, you authorise the relevant payment provider to charge your nominated payment method according to the disclosed schedule.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details and contacting us promptly if you experience payment difficulties.
3. Payment Plans, Subscriptions and Fixed-Term Programmes
Some products and services may be purchased through one-off payments, recurring subscriptions or instalment arrangements, as specified at checkout.
Where a purchase involves a fixed-term programme or package with a stated total fee, any recurring payments are instalments towards that total fee unless otherwise specified.
Cancelling automatic payments through the payment platform does not necessarily cancel an underlying fixed-term agreement or release you from outstanding payment obligations. Any cancellation or refund request will be considered in accordance with the applicable purchase terms, any separate agreement and New Zealand law.
For ongoing subscriptions without a fixed-term commitment, you may cancel future renewals in accordance with the cancellation arrangements provided at checkout.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the type of product or service purchased.
Digital products and courses: Due to the nature of immediately accessible digital content, we do not generally offer refunds for a change of mind once access has been provided.
Workshops and events: Cancellation, transfer and refund arrangements will be outlined in the relevant offer where applicable. If we cancel a paid event, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling or a refund.
One-off coaching and strategy sessions: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session, although reasonable flexibility may be offered for illness, emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
Coaching programmes and packages: Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements are governed by the relevant offer terms and any separate coaching agreement.
If your circumstances change or you have concerns about a purchase, please contact us to discuss the available options.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.
5. Courses, Workshops and Digital Resources
Access to courses, workshops, recordings, downloads and other digital resources is provided as described on the relevant sales or registration page.
Where a workshop, course or event takes place on a specified date, participants are responsible for attending at the scheduled time.
Recordings, replays, additional resources or ongoing access will only be provided where expressly included in the offer.
Any access periods, expiry dates or participation requirements will be communicated as part of the relevant offer.
We may make reasonable changes to course content, resources or delivery arrangements where necessary, provided these do not materially reduce what has been purchased.
If we need to cancel or significantly change a paid workshop or course, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
6. Coaching Sessions and Ongoing Support
Where your purchase includes coaching or strategy sessions, you are responsible for booking and attending them within the applicable booking or programme period.
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice when requesting to reschedule, wherever reasonably possible.
Where ongoing messaging, voice-note support, reviews or other coaching support are included, the scope, availability and response times will be outlined in the relevant offer or coaching agreement.
Support is not unlimited or available on an emergency basis unless expressly stated.
We may agree to reasonable scheduling adjustments for illness, emergencies, holidays or other exceptional circumstances.
7. Coaching, Education and Business Results
Our coaching, courses, workshops and resources are designed to provide strategic guidance, education, practical tools, feedback and support for business owners.
While we aim to provide high-quality services and accurate information, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, revenue growth, client numbers or other commercial achievements.
You remain responsible for your own business decisions, actions, implementation and results.
Our services and resources are not substitutes for professional legal, financial, accounting, tax or other regulated advice. You should seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals where required.
8. Intellectual Property
All original coaching frameworks, templates, training materials, videos, workbooks, courses, digital products and other resources created by Leonie Business Coach remain the intellectual property of Fab Design Limited unless otherwise stated.
When you purchase or receive access to our materials, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own personal or internal business purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce commercially, share access to, or present our materials as your own without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the business information, documents, branding, designs and other original materials you provide to us.
Any specific intellectual property arrangements contained in a separate coaching or service agreement take precedence.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect the confidentiality of information shared during coaching and will take reasonable precautions to protect client information.
Client information will not be published or used in testimonials, case studies or promotional materials without separate permission.
We may use trusted third-party platforms and digital tools to process payments, communicate, deliver coaching sessions, provide resources and manage our services. This may include AI-assisted tools where relevant.
Personal information will be collected, used, stored and disclosed in accordance with applicable privacy law and our Privacy Policy.
Any additional confidentiality, privacy or AI-related arrangements contained in a separate coaching agreement will apply to that programme.
10. Website and Digital Access
We aim to keep our website, digital resources and online services accurate, accessible and up to date.
However, occasional technical interruptions, errors, updates or service disruptions may occur.
If you experience difficulty accessing something you have purchased, please contact us so we can work towards a reasonable resolution.
You agree not to misuse our website, share unauthorised access to paid resources, attempt to interfere with our systems or distribute protected content without permission.
11. Communications
By making a purchase or registering for an offer, you agree to receive communications reasonably necessary to deliver that product or service, including purchase confirmations, access information, scheduling details and relevant service updates.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and your communication preferences.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fab Design Limited t/d Leonie Business Coach is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from decisions you make based on our coaching, educational materials or resources.
We do not guarantee that our website or third-party platforms will be continuously available or free from technical issues.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or affects any applicable statutory rights or remedies.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The terms applicable to a purchase are those provided or made available at the time of purchase, together with any relevant coaching or service agreement.
Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing agreement without the agreement of the parties, unless required by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
