I have been a yoga teacher trainer for over 10 years. While I loved the group setting for many years, I knew that so many people needed more 1:1 support. Some people were graduating without the mastery needed after 200 hours. They felt like they weren't meant to be a yoga teacher. NOT TRUE! They often just needed a bit more time + specific support.

You can clarify your understanding of my 3 Pillar Method of Assisting, and how to apply it to virtually any pose. You can also have a friend or family member on the call with you to practice assists, and I will give you feedback.
๐General Yoga Teaching Support: This can be how to weave an effective dharma talk, leaving your mat while teaching, and more. We can also focus on enhancing your sequencing skills to create impactful and engaging yoga classes, including poses from the assisting masterclasses.
