Most golfers spend years trying to fix their swing while ignoring the nervous system behind the swing.

The WrightMindGolf Field Manual™ is a practical guide for golfers who struggle with first tee nerves, tournament pressure, scorecard anxiety, short-putt pressure, fear of mistakes, and losing access to their game when the round starts to matter.

Written by Steve Wright, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Performance Coach, this field manual combines nervous system regulation, performance psychology, and real-world golf experience into a system golfers can actually use on the course.

Inside you'll learn:

• Why your nervous system thinks golf is dangerous

• How to Regulate Before You Execute™

• How to recognize false alarms before they hijack your round

• The Commit Line™

• Driver De-Trigger™

• Target Lock™

• Wedge Window™

• Putt Reset™

• Scorecard Funeral™

• Protecting The Round™

• Tournament Mode™

• The complete WrightMindGolf system from the parking lot to the 18th green

This is not a swing manual.

This is a manual for the golfer.

If you play better on the range than you do on the course, if you tighten up under pressure, protect scores, carry bad holes too long, or struggle to trust your game when it matters most, this manual was written for you.

Train Your Mind. Own Your Game.

If you're like me and enjoy competitive golf, you have to check out WrightMindGolf's new Field Manual. I've always struggled with controlling my temper during rounds and letting it get the best of me. With this field manual, you'll find just about every example of how we've all felt while struggling during a round. Mind over matter is the key. If you aren't sharp mentally, golf will expose your weaknesses. As a veteran who struggles with PTSD and anxiety, it's easy to get overwhelmed on the course. Tour pros have the luxury of working with sports psychologists, something most golfers don't have access to. This field manual gives you practical tools you can reference anytime you're struggling. I know it's helped me tremendously. I've gone from shooting in the high 90s to consistently staying around, and sometimes under, 80. Let's support our good friend Steve Wright on his journey to helping others play more freely and unlock possibilities on the golf course they never thought were possible. Jason Nixon

Steve, you have created an awesome Field Manuel! Everything you covered in those 60 pages was amazing. I feel as though it really can help a wide range of golfers at different levels in the game of golf. I found myself saying yup, almost every page. In my sports psychology background and sports coaching masters, I always know that it’s important to be aware of emotions and nerves but it’s not always easy to reset and focus on the attention on the target, the present moment, the shot at hand. In my first Asian Development Tour event this past week. I found myself living in the future a little too much and thinking about other’s expectations of my results, that on the greens instead of rolling the putt and letting go… I was thinking about guiding the putter a bit too much. I love how simplified you give the readers as to a game plan for when they play a round. As a professional golfer I can truly say this will help any level of golfer! Fear doesn’t have to be the driver, commitment to the target and being present with the shot at hand is what makes a golfer play with more freedom!

I purposefully read this before playing La Costa. Something happened to my mind over the last few years, and I am really trying to right this ship. I know I have adult ADHD and realized that my mind was a carnival of unproductive thoughts. The PDF has given me a good foundation. The last round, what helped me the most was the putting tip: Don't try to make it; just trust the line and tempo. All my putts were perfectly on line with no "yips" (A bit short but fixable). The tee box and Driver club is still the Boss Level battle for me. I can see that. Thanks, Steve.
