Terms and Conditions – Healthy Wealthy Mind

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASING

By accessing or using this website and related sites operated by Healthy Wealthy Mind (including https://stan.store/lilyjade and https://www.instagram.com/lilyjadeofficial, collectively the “Site”), or by purchasing any products, services, or programs (“Program(s)”) from Healthy Wealthy Mind (the “Company”), you (“Client” or “You”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase any products or services.

1. Terms of Purchase and Service

  1. Upon execution of this Agreement, electronically or verbally, the Company agrees to provide Program services as outlined on the Site or in any sales material.

  2. Programs include 1:1 coaching, group coaching, digital products, or any combination thereof.

  3. The Client acknowledges that success and outcomes depend on their implementation, consistency, and engagement. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results, including financial gain, business growth, or personal transformation.

  4. The Client agrees to be open, present, and prepared to complete all exercises, calls, and tasks included in the Program.

  5. Program content is for personal use only. The Client may not share login details, downloads, or Program materials with third parties.

  6. The Company reserves the right to remove the Client from the Program at any time, for any reason.

2. Methodology

  1. The Client acknowledges that coaching is a professional service based on guidance, strategies, and support from the Company.

  2. Programs are designed to guide, support, and provide tools; outcomes depend on Client action, effort, and circumstances.

  3. Methods may be adjusted by the Company as needed to best support the Client.

3. Payment and Refunds

  1. Program fees must be paid in full or via the selected payment plan at the time of purchase.

  2. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided to ensure commitment to the Program.

  3. If a payment plan is selected, the Client agrees to adhere to the payment schedule. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Program access.

  4. If a Client fails to make payments, the Company may pursue legal remedies for collection.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. All Program content, materials, resources, trademarks, and proprietary information remain the sole property of Healthy Wealthy Mind.

  2. The Client receives a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  3. Any unauthorized distribution, resale, or sharing of Program content is prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Program without refund.

5. Recording and Use of Content

  1. Coaching sessions, calls, and other Program content may be recorded.

  2. The Company may use recordings, testimonials, images, or written submissions from Clients for marketing or promotional purposes.

  3. The Client consents to the use of their likeness, statements, and content for these purposes without compensation.

6. Legal Disclaimers

  1. The Company, its staff, and coaches are not medical, financial, legal, or mental health professionals. Programs are not a substitute for professional advice.

  2. Participation in Programs is at the Client’s own risk. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence resulting from participation.

  3. Any testimonials or examples of results are illustrative only and do not guarantee outcomes.

7. International Clients

  1. Programs are offered internationally. By purchasing, the Client consents to these Terms and Conditions regardless of jurisdiction.

  2. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, including taxes or other applicable regulations.

8. Cancellations and No-Shows

  1. Clients are responsible for scheduling all coaching calls.

  2. If a Client cancels a call, 48 hours’ notice is required. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from Program participation, access to the Site, or use of materials.

  2. Participation is at the Client’s own risk, including but not limited to business, financial, or personal outcomes.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

  2. Disputes will first be resolved in good faith. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).

  3. Arbitration decisions are binding and enforceable in any competent court.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Client regarding Program participation, superseding all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
