• Seasoned agents who are hitting burnout and looking for more - they are ready to put the systems and strategy in place so they can keep scaling their business, while getting more time back. 

So, what will this program entail:

Module #1: Into & Mindset: Success is 80% psychology and 20% mechanics. That statistic BLOWS my mind. This is why we are starting out with mindset. You are only going to go as far in business as your mind will allow. Life Coach, Nick Carlile, is going to do a deep dive training with you to help you understand what is going on in that pretty little head of yours! I will be coaching you on a simple yet tactical tool that will keep your mind right! 

Module #2: Run it Like a Business: We are going to deep dive into business planning to help you stay accountable and build a habit of working on, not always in, your business. I will be sharing how to build your own database from Monday.com and how to track your leads, so nothing slips through the tracks. Everyone hates the B word (budget), but we are going to talk money strategy and planning.

Module #3: Marketing: Be ready as this module has a lot of ground to cover! We will be diving into all things that set you up to have a referral based business from client events, pop-bys, database touches and intersecting that with the new age of email funnels and social media. Sound overwhelming? I am going to teach you my system on how to plan and reuse content so you don’t feel like you are constantly spinning your wheels! You will get the actual copy of my email funnels, event invites, pop-by templates and Trello Planning template. 

Module #4: Setting Expectations: Learning how to read market trends and pull comps accurately is a HUGE part of setting proper expectations to your clients. From start to finish, this module will help set you up for success, helping you close more details and save you time. 

Module #5: Buyers: This module will teach you how to have a successful buyer consultation which will bleed into a smooth transaction. We will walk through the workflow to elevate the transaction experience for your client. You will be provided all the templates from Buyer Guide to Email updates for your clients. 

Module #6: Sellers: I have been on hundreds of listing appointments and am going to teach you the exact format I use when going on listing appointments, bringing homes to market and how to elevate the selling experience for your client. You will be provided all the templates, including my Listing Guide. 

Module #7: Scale: The whole purpose of this course is to set you up to have a very strong foundation which will allow you to scale your business into WHATEVER you want your business to be. Sky's the limit my friend. We are going to be talking about what it looks like to outsource, hire a team member and start building multiple revenue streams. 

You will have LIFETIME ACCESS to the course. The course is self paced and here for you if you ever need to go back for reference as you continue building upon your business.
