Once a Coaching, Reading or healing session is purchased NO refunds will be given. However, a coaching, a reading or healing may be rescheduled for a more appropriate time.

All coaching, Instagram audits, readings, healings and consultations are intended to offer insight and guidance into a person’s life and not in any way constitutes legal, financial, emotional or professional advice. A reading will not diagnose illnesses or answer any questions relating to pregnancy and death. A reading is advice only.

The client shall not hold the coach or reader accountable for any loss, liability or illness arising from the actions taken or situations created by the client as a result of the session.

The Coach/Reader acknowledges that all matters discussed are private and confidential and therefore will not share said information with another unless authorisation has been given by the client. The client is free to discuss the session with whomever they like.

All Group Sessions, Mentoring, monthly or yearly coaching and Collective Circles have the same terms and conditions as above.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree to receiving emails from this Business which include confirmation emails of booked sessions, emails with the relevant links to Zoom and mailing list emails.

You also agree to any information filled out for a booking to be stored on this website and by the business itself. No information will be shared with an outside Business for privacy reasons unless stated by you to do so.

By proceeding with any services from Own Your Happy you agree to the terms above and release Own Your Happy its owners, members, affiliates, and partners from all liabilities, legal claims and expenses that may result both directly and indirectly from the services performed.
