Terms and Conditions
The Lizzie Piano Method
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your enrollment in The Lizzie Piano Method (the “Program”) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or enrolling in the Program, you agree to the following:
1. Subscription and Billing
This Program operates on a recurring monthly subscription.
By enrolling, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your payment method on file on the same date each month.
You acknowledge that this is a recurring subscription and that you are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges.
All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by using the cancellation link provided in your purchase confirmation email.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Program until the end of the paid period.
No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods or unused time.
3. Access to Program
Your enrollment provides a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program for personal, non-commercial use.
Access is only available while your subscription is active. Access may be suspended or terminated if a payment fails or is declined.
4. Intellectual Property
All Program content, including videos, curriculum, and materials, is the property of the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.
5. Account Use
Accounts are intended for individual use only and may not be shared.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if account sharing is detected.
6. Communication and Support
Support is provided via email. While reasonable efforts are made to respond promptly, response times are not guaranteed.
7. No Guarantees
Results are not guaranteed. Progress depends on individual effort, consistency, and practice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the Program.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
You agree to contact the Company at [your email address] before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, access to the Program may be immediately suspended or terminated.
The Company reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and provide proof of this Agreement and Program access to the payment provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for any fees or costs incurred as a result of a chargeback or dispute.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
