general terms
return to her and all related sessions, practices, recordings, written materials, community posts, videos, audios, and resources are provided by Abigale Chetelat LLC for personal growth, education, and self-development purposes only.
all content shared inside return to her, breathwork sessions, digital products, recordings, and community spaces is for your personal use only. you may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or use any content for public or commercial purposes without written permission from Abigale Chetelat LLC.
payment, access + refunds
you agree to pay for any product, membership, session, or service you purchase.
due to the digital nature of this offer and the immediate access provided, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
if you join a recurring membership, you are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling before your next billing date if you no longer wish to continue. cancelling your membership stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.
access to return to her and any related community, content, or resources may be removed if these terms are violated or if the space is misused in a way that impacts the safety or integrity of the community.
no guarantees
return to her, breathwork sessions, and all related practices are intended to support personal growth, emotional awareness, embodiment, and nervous system connection.
there is no guarantee of any specific result, emotional release, transformation, healing outcome, or experience. everyone’s body and process are different.
breathwork safety
by joining return to her or purchasing a breathwork session, i acknowledge that this community and/or session may include somatic breathwork practices, guided breathing, emotional release work, music, and embodiment practices.
i understand that SomatIQ™ Breathwork is a deep and powerful process. it may involve rapid and prolonged breathing designed to activate emotional and physical responses. i agree to participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for my own physical, mental, and emotional experiences during and after any session, practice, or recording.
i understand that somatic breathwork is intended as a personal growth experience and is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or professional support.
contraindications
i understand that breathwork may not be appropriate for pregnant women or for persons with cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, epilepsy, or any other condition that could make breathwork unsafe.
if i have any doubt about whether i should participate, i agree to consult with my physician or qualified healthcare provider before participating. persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their physician.
i understand that i may stop, pause, slow down, modify, or opt out of breathwork at any time.
release of liability
i understand that there is no guarantee that i will feel better and that emotions may arise that feel uncomfortable or upsetting.
i agree to release and hold harmless Abigale Chetelat LLC from any and all legal responsibility or liability for outcomes experienced as a result of participating in SomatIQ™ Breathwork, somatic practices, guided breathwork sessions, recordings, community experiences, or related offerings.
i or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold Abigale Chetelat LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, or damages arising out of or in connection with my participation.
technology + third-party platforms
return to her and related purchases may be hosted through third-party platforms such as Stan, Stripe, Zoom, email providers, or community platforms. Abigale Chetelat LLC is not responsible for outages, interruptions, payment processor issues, or technical problems caused by third-party providers.
