Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: January 6, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing.
By completing a purchase, you signify your consent to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete your purchase. These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products offered by Loka ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through the Stan platform.
1. License and Access
The Company offers digital educational content, including the Psychic Rendering course. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and view the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, resell, or share your access or any course materials. You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the course content. Unauthorized use of course content may violate copyright and other proprietary rights and may be subject to monetary damages and penalties.
The Company reserves the right to revoke your access should we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
2. Payments
All payments are processed through Stan using third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charges. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees.
Prices for products may change at any time. The Company does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
3. Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay access to your purchase, your exclusive remedy is either replacement access or a refund of the price paid, as determined by the Company. For technical issues, contact support@lokavision.com. See our full Refund Policy for details.
4. Course Disclaimer
The Psychic Rendering course is educational content in which we share our creative workflow and methods. The course is informational only and is not a promise or guarantee of skill development, career outcomes, proficiency, or any specific results. Your progress depends entirely on your own effort, practice, time invested, prior experience, and application of the material.
The Company does not warrant or make any representations regarding the suitability of the course materials for your needs or the likelihood that the course will meet your expectations. See our full Disclaimer for details.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content—including videos, graphics, artwork, images, text, and materials—is owned by the Company and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license to access the course does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. Consent to Communications
By purchasing from the Company, you consent to receive notices, announcements, and communications concerning your purchase or new products and services from the Company. You consent to receive such notices electronically via email.
7. User Submissions
If you send comments, suggestions, or other submissions to the Company, including but not limited to notes, text, drawings, images, designs, or ideas, such submissions shall become and remain the sole property of the Company. The Company shall own all rights to such submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use, publication, and dissemination for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THE COURSE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE CONTENT IS FREE FROM BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
While the Company uses reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy and assume no liability for any errors or omissions.
9. Limitation of Liability
NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE COURSE CONTENT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE COURSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE OR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR COST OF REPLACEMENT SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Please note that applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or certain limitations of liability. Some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Your purchase and course access occur through the Stan platform. Your use of Stan is subject to Stan's own terms of service and privacy policy. The Company is not responsible for any performance or service problems caused by Stan, its payment processors, or any other third-party service provider. Any such problems are governed solely by your agreement with that provider.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) your use of the course or any services provided by the Company, and (iv) your conduct in connection with the course.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Loudoun County, Virginia.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised at any time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should periodically review the current Terms. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
