Maybe you've been overthinking a change in your partner's communication.
Maybe you keep having the same disagreement, even though you've tried talking about it.
Or perhaps you're communicating regularly, but something about the connection doesn't feel quite right.
You've spent time thinking about it, but the more you think, the harder it becomes to understand what's actually happening.
Sometimes, having another perspective can help you notice patterns that are difficult to see when you're emotionally involved.
The Private LDR Audit is a personalized, psychology-informed written analysis of one specific situation or recurring pattern in your long-distance relationship.
You'll share what's been happening through a structured questionnaire.
I'll carefully review your answers and help you explore:
What I'm noticing: The patterns or dynamics that stand out from your experience.
What might be happening underneath: Psychological and relationship factors that could help explain the situation.
What might be keeping the pattern going: How certain thoughts, expectations, or responses may be contributing to the difficulty.
What you might be overlooking: Alternative interpretations or aspects of the situation worth considering.
What you can try next: One or two practical steps tailored to your circumstances.
The aim is to help you understand your situation with greater clarity, so you can decide how you want to approach it.
1. Share your situation
Complete a private questionnaire about your relationship and one specific situation you'd like to explore.
You can take your time putting your thoughts into words.
2. Receive your personalized analysis
Within 3 business days of submitting your completed questionnaire, you'll receive a thoughtful written response exploring your situation through a relationship psychology lens.
3. Ask one follow-up question
After reading your audit, you can submit one follow-up question within 7 business days.
I'll reply once to help clarify or expand on something covered in your analysis.
You can share your experience privately, in your own time and pace, and read your response whenever you're ready.
This is for those who just want the space to think things through with a little guidance.
This audit offers educational, psychology-informed perspectives based on the information you provide.
It is not therapy, counselling, crisis support, or a clinical psychological assessment.
I won't diagnose you or your partner, determine anyone's intentions, or tell you whether to stay in or leave your relationship.
Because I only hear your perspective, the analysis will explore possible explanations rather than claim to know exactly what's happening.
The purpose is to help you reflect on your situation, consider different perspectives, and identify constructive next steps.
I'm the creator of Long Distance Thrive, where I explore the psychology of long-distance relationships and help couples make sense of the challenges that come with distance.
I have an educational background in Psychology and Health care, alongside more than seven years of personal experience navigating long-distance relationships.
Through my educational content and LDR mini-audits, I explore the psychological patterns that can shape how couples communicate, interpret each other's behaviour, and maintain connection across distance.
My approach combines psychological knowledge with an understanding of the everyday realities of long-distance relationships.
I won't pretend to know everything about your relationship from one submission.
What I can offer is a careful, thoughtful second perspective to help you consider what might be happening and what you could try next.
Please read the following information to make sure the Private LDR Audit is the right service for you.
1. What you're purchasing
Your purchase includes:
One review of your completed questionnaire
One personalised written analysis of a specific long-distance relationship situation or recurring pattern
One opportunity to submit a related follow-up question within seven calendar days of receiving your audit
One written response to that follow-up question
This is a one-time service, not an ongoing coaching or counselling arrangement.
2. What your audit covers
Each audit focuses on one specific issue involving communication, uncertainty, emotional connection, recurring disagreements, or supporting each other across distance.
If your submission includes several unrelated issues, I may ask you to select one primary situation.
The analysis will be based on the information you provide.
3. Delivery timeframe
Your written audit will be delivered by email within three business days of receiving your completed questionnaire.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States.
If additional clarification is needed before I can begin, the delivery timeframe will start once the necessary information has been received.
If an unexpected delay occurs, I'll contact you with an updated delivery date.
4. Your follow-up question
You may submit one written follow-up question within seven business days of receiving your audit.
Your follow-up must relate directly to your original situation or something discussed in the analysis.
I'll provide one written response within three business days.
The follow-up is intended for clarification or further exploration of an existing point. It does not include analysis of new events, a separate relationship issue, or an additional audit.
Unused follow-up questions expire after seven business days.
5. What isn't included
This service does not include:
Live calls or video sessions
Ongoing messaging or relationship coaching
Couples counselling or mediation
Clinical mental health assessments
Diagnoses of you or your partner
Investigation of a partner's intentions or behaviour
Emergency or crisis support
A definitive judgement about whether your relationship should continue
6. What you can expect from the analysis
I'll approach your situation thoughtfully and draw on relevant psychological concepts where appropriate.
However, I can only work with the information you share.
I won't assume that your interpretation is necessarily correct, and I won't claim to know what your partner is thinking or feeling.
Where multiple explanations are possible, I'll acknowledge that uncertainty.
Any practical suggestions are offered for your consideration, not as instructions you must follow.
7. Professional boundaries
The Private LDR Audit is an educational service.
It does not establish a therapist-client relationship and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, relationship counselling, or other specialist support.
If your situation involves abuse, threats, coercion, immediate danger, or significant mental health concerns, this service is not appropriate.
