LORI STREATOR, LLC
Terms of Service, Coaching & Digital Product Agreement, and Liability Waiver
Effective Date: July 8, 2026 | Last Updated: July 8, 2026
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING. THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK.
By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you ("Client," "you") are entering into a legally binding agreement with Lori Streator, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). If you do not agree to every provision below, do not check the box and do not complete your purchase.
1. Who You Are Purchasing From
Lori Streator, LLC is a coaching, education, and digital product company. It is a separate and distinct legal entity from Solaire Therapy & Wellness, PLLC, which is Lori Streator's licensed mental health counseling practice.
Lori Streator is a licensed mental health therapist (LMHC in Florida, LCPC in Illinois). That license, and her clinical training and experience, inform the content, coaching frameworks, and digital products offered through Lori Streator, LLC, and that content may be described as "therapist-created" or "therapist-written." That description refers to Lori's professional background and credentials only. It does not mean that any product, program, coaching session, workshop, or piece of content purchased through Lori Streator, LLC is a clinical, therapeutic, or medical service, and it does not mean Lori is acting in her capacity as a licensed clinician when she creates or delivers it.
When you purchase any product, coaching session, workshop, or service through Lori Streator, LLC, you are engaging Lori Streator, LLC as a coaching and education company - not Solaire Therapy & Wellness, PLLC, and not Lori Streator individually in her capacity as a licensed therapist.
2. Educational and Coaching Purpose Only - Not Therapy
All products, programs, sessions, workshops, worksheets, prompts, guides, and other content offered through Lori Streator, LLC (collectively, the "Services") are educational, informational, and developmental in nature. They are designed to support leadership development, personal growth, mindset, and general wellness skills.
The Services are NOT:
Psychotherapy, counseling, or any form of mental health treatment
A substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed mental health professional, physician, or other qualified provider
Crisis intervention or emergency mental health services
A treatment plan tailored to your individual clinical needs
No therapist-client, patient-provider, or clinical relationship of any kind is created between you and Lori Streator, Lori Streator, LLC, or any coach, employee, or contractor of Lori Streator, LLC through your purchase or use of the Services - regardless of Lori's clinical license or background. Nothing shared in a coaching session, workshop, digital product, email, or piece of content is protected by therapist-patient privilege or governed by HIPAA, because no clinical services are being provided.
If you are currently in treatment with a mental health provider, we encourage you to continue that care and to discuss your participation in these Services with your provider.
3. Not for Crisis or Emergency Use
The Services are not designed or intended to address mental health emergencies, suicidal ideation, self-harm, or crisis situations. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not rely on any product, coaching session, or content purchased through Lori Streator, LLC for emergency support.
4. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that your participation in coaching, workshops, and use of any digital product is entirely voluntary. You are choosing, of your own free will, to purchase and engage with the Services.
You understand and agree that:
Engaging in self-reflection, mindset work, behavior change, or leadership coaching can surface difficult thoughts, feelings, or memories.
You voluntarily assume any and all risk of emotional, psychological, physical, financial, or other harm that may arise, directly or indirectly, from your participation in or use of the Services.
You are solely responsible for monitoring your own reactions and for seeking appropriate professional support (medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic) if needed at any point before, during, or after your participation.
5. No Guarantees - Results Vary
Coaching, leadership development, and behavior change depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, consistency, circumstances, and personal history. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, result, transformation, income increase, promotion, symptom reduction, or other benefit from any Service.
Testimonials, case examples, and success stories referenced in our marketing reflect individual experiences and are not representative of results every client will achieve. Your results will vary and depend on you.
All Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Coaching Services
This section applies specifically to 1:1 and group coaching Services, including but not limited to the Power Hour+, Foundations of Leadership, Elevated Leadership, and Leadership Workshops (collectively, "Coaching Services").
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused relationship intended to help you clarify goals and develop leadership and mindset skills. It is not psychotherapy, and your coach is acting in a coaching capacity only, even if your coach also holds a clinical license.
You are responsible for implementing any strategies, tools, or recommendations discussed in coaching. Lori Streator, LLC is not responsible for decisions you make in your personal or professional life as a result of coaching.
Confidentiality: We will not intentionally disclose information you share in coaching except where required by law, where we believe in good faith there is a risk of serious harm to you or another person, or as otherwise stated in this Agreement. Because coaching is not a clinical service, this confidentiality is a business practice and courtesy, not a legal privilege.
7. Payment, Scheduling & Cancellation
All fees are due at the time of purchase or as otherwise stated at checkout.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Digital products and coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased, including if a coaching package is not fully used.
If your purchase includes scheduled coaching calls, you are responsible for booking them within any applicable window. Sessions not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, or missed without notice, are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Prices are subject to change at any time and do not apply retroactively to completed purchases.
8. Limitation of Liability
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY - IT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Lori Streator, LLC, its owner, coaches, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, income, goodwill, data, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Services, however characterized (contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise), shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to Lori Streator, LLC for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you. In that case, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Release and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and forever discharge Lori Streator, LLC, Lori Streator individually, and their respective coaches, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, and causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in or use of the Services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lori Streator, LLC and its owner, coaches, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) your use or misuse of the Services; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (d) any content or information you provide in connection with the Services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content associated with the Services - including written materials, videos, audio, worksheets, frameworks (including the BLNCD™ Method), templates, graphics, and branding - is the property of Lori Streator, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased content for your own personal or internal business use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, distribute, teach, or create derivative works from any Service content without our prior written permission.
11. Eligibility
The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.
12. Dispute Resolution - Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY - IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT.
Except as set out below, you and Lori Streator, LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. This means you are giving up the right to a jury trial and the right to have your dispute heard by a judge.
Individual basis only: Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. You and Lori Streator, LLC each waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action against the other.
Carve-outs: Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the courts identified in Section 13 to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
Fees: Arbitration fees will be allocated according to the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time, which generally cap the consumer's filing fee and allocate the remaining administrative and arbitrator fees to the business.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing hello@loristreator.com within 30 days of your purchase date, stating that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, this arbitration provision will not apply to you, and disputes will instead be resolved in the courts identified in Section 13.
This arbitration provision survives the end of this Agreement and your relationship with Lori Streator, LLC.
13. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 12 (including small claims matters and requests for injunctive relief), you agree that it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with any specific product or program terms provided at the time of purchase, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lori Streator, LLC regarding the Services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

By checking the box below and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this entire Terms of Service, Coaching & Digital Product Agreement, and Liability Waiver, including the assumption of risk, limitation of liability, release, and binding arbitration provision (including class action waiver) described above. You further acknowledge that you have the right to opt out of arbitration as described in Section 12.
