All Movement Songs within the Lovely Little Melodies Curriculum move from HIGH INTENSITY MOVEMENTS ,

This means that movements begin by having students jump, dance and shake.

Throughout the song, movements get less intense.

All movements songs end with a grounding movement (such as stomping) to help get students regulated towards the end of songs.

If the goal of the song is to teach the direction “UP”,

The melody will ascend (go up).

If the goal of the song is to teach fast vs. slow,

The song will start fast.

The speed will drastically decrease throughout the "slow" verses.

The Lesson Plans utilize the same songs,

But all song activities are structured with a goal in mind that is appropriate for the age group you are working with.

For example, a song could be used as a movement song for toddlers,

And the same song could be used to work on cognitive goals with kindergarteners.

Q: Am I locked into the Membership once I join?

A: No, you are free to cancel your Membership at anytime once you join. (Unless you Pay In Full for the Year, then you will have access to our resources for one year until you renew your membership the next year)

Q: How do I download the songs?

A: All songs are found within the website under their title. You can download them as an mP3 file or wav file directly to your device.

Q: How do I download the lesson plans and songs?

A: All Lesson Plans, Visuals, Activities and Archived Songbooks can be downloaded as a PDF Document. 

Q: How do I access all of the materials?

A: You will bookmark the course log in page, and create a password to log into the course page whenever new materials are uploaded.

Q: How will I know when new materials are uploaded?

A: One Brand New Seasonal Songbook will be sent out 7 days prior to the first of the month via email. You will receive the news via email, and then you will log into the course page to access the materials.

Q: Is this curriculum Music Therapy? Am I able to say I am doing Music Therapy with my students by using this curriculum?

A: No, this curriculum is not Music Therapy. While this Curriculum is written and developed by a Board-Certified Music Therapist, you cannot call yourself a Music Therapist, or practice Music Therapy by using this curriculum. For more information on Music Therapy, please refer to the American Music Therapy Association's website (AMTA).

Q: Are refunds available for the Membership if I do not think it is the right fit for my needs?

A: Due to the nature of immediate access to Digital Products, we do not offer refunds. (Unless the product is purchased twice.) Please refer to the Membership preview video if you would like to preview the Membership content.

Lovely Little Melodies LLC Terms & Conditions of Use

Effective Date: July 8, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all digital materials, curriculum products, songbooks, and courses ("Materials") provided by Lovely Little Melodies LLC. ("LLM," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, accessing, or using any LLM materials, you agree to the following terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted ONE non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the materials within your own classroom or educational program.

Definitions:

Non-exclusive: We can license the same materials to others (you're not the only one with access).

Non-transferable: You may not transfer, share, or sell the license to anyone else.

Limited license: Your rights are limited to using the materials as described here (not owning the copyright or IP).

2. Permitted Use

Depending on the license purchased:

Individual License: You may use the materials for personal classroom use only.

School License: You may share the materials internally with up to 15 staff members within a single

school, center, or educational program.

All users must be part of the same organization/site.

Multi-Site License: A separate license must be purchased for each school, campus, or program location.

Sharing materials across multiple sites without appropriate licensing is not permitted.

Printed and digital use is permitted only for your internal program needs.

You may not share, distribute, upload, or republish these materials beyond the terms of your license.

This includes:

Sharing login or download access with others

Uploading materials to public/shared drives or social media

Using materials at additional sites or schools not covered by your license

Republishing or adapting content without written permission

We put so much love, care, and time into creating these materials, and we trust our customers to honor that. If a serious violation of these terms occurs, a standard liquidated damages fee of $5,000 USD (United States Dollar) per violation may be applied to cover the estimated loss and legal costs associated with the breach.

This amount is not intended as a penalty, but as a fair and reasonable estimate of the damage caused by unauthorized use.

We deeply appreciate your respect and integrity.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any portion of the materials

Share the materials externally or upload to public/shared drives (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

Modify or remove LLM branding, copyright information, or logos

Claim authorship or create derivative works for resale

Transfer access to individuals outside your licensed group (e.g., other centers, school districts, or programs)

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials are copyrighted and owned solely by Lovely Little Melodies LLC.

This includes:

All original songs, lyrics, arrangements

Curriculum guides and activities

Video and audio content

Digital and printable documents

Your purchase provides a license to use, not ownership of, any intellectual property.

5. Refunds and Access

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If materials are accidentally purchased more than once, please contact us. We will review the issue and respond within 1–3 business days to determine appropriate next steps.

We are not responsible for technical issues arising from user error or platform limitations, but will do our best to assist with access issues.

6. Updates and Revisions

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the materials after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Privacy Policy

Lovely Little Melodies LLC respects your privacy and complies with applicable international and United States privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to the collection and use of personal information for the purpose of order processing, customer support, and communication.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to provide services (e.g., payment processors, email platforms, or user account systems such as those hosted on Stan Store). You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
