You’ve spent 15+ years working, learning, and helping others. What could your skills and gifts help you build next?
This live, one-hour group coaching workshop is for Black women with 15+ years of work experience who want to explore a business doing something they enjoy.
Whether your experience is in government, a company, a nonprofit, or another field, you are welcome. You do not need to leave your job or already have a business idea.
During the workshop, you’ll work toward:
• Identifying skills and gifts you could use in a business.
• Choosing the people you want to help.
• Finding a problem you can help them solve.
• Drafting your first service offer—what you’ll do and what you’ll charge.
• Planning one conversation to learn whether someone needs your service.
I’ll guide you using my presentation tool. Bring a notebook to capture your ideas and next steps.
