60min 1:1 EMERGENCY Video Call

This is a 60-minute Emergency Video Coaching Session with me on Google Meet.

Emergency coaching sessions are for those who would like coaching support as soon as possible regarding their situation.

What does an Emergency Video Coaching Session entail?

• Emergency sessions are scheduled within 24 hours or less, subject to availability.

• Please email me at manifestwithsteph@gmail.com BEFORE booking to confirm availability.

• If you book without confirming availability first, your session will be moved to the next available appointment time. All coaching payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

During our 1:1 session together, I will:

• Provide personalized guidance specific to your situation.

• Answer any questions you have regarding your situation.

• Provide tools and techniques to help you work toward your goals.

I'm looking forward to connecting with you and supporting you during our session!

To be fair to everyone booked after you, your session will end at the scheduled end time.

Please note the following before booking:

• All coaching payments are non-refundable.

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to request rescheduling, subject to availability. If you need to reschedule, please email me at manifestwithsteph@gmail.com.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or miss your appointment, a new session must be purchased to book again, unless an exception is approved for a genuine emergency or required by law.

• Coaching sessions are not saved as audio or video recordings by Manifest With Steph, and recordings are not provided. I use an AI-assisted transcription service to prepare private coaching notes so I can give you my full attention during our session, accurately remember your individual situation and what we've discussed, and provide more personalized guidance if we work together again.

If you prefer not to have your session transcribed, please notify me before your appointment begins, and I will take notes manually instead. For complete information about AI-assisted transcription, privacy, and consent, please review the Recording & Privacy Policy (Section 8) within the Terms & Conditions at checkout.

Emergency coaching refers to priority scheduling when available and is not a medical, mental health, or crisis intervention service.
