If your purchase includes calls or consulting sessions, you are responsible for scheduling them. All bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to attend or cancel within this timeframe results in forfeiture of the session.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable within the European Union.
These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
