By purchasing, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Disclaimer

  • All products are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, business, or financial advice.

  • Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, experience, and execution.

  • All materials are protected by copyright and may not be redistributed, reproduced, or sold without permission.

2. Digital Products (Guides, Templates, Resources)

  • All sales are final. Instant access upon purchase.

  • If technical issues prevent or unreasonably delay delivery, your exclusive remedy will be a replacement or refund at the Company’s discretion.

3. Mentorship Program

4. Payments & Billing

  • You agree to pay for all products and services purchased through the Company.

  • All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are provided after purchase unless required by law.

  • Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as: MARIANYC (via Stan Store).

5. Intellectual Property

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Liability & Warranties

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
