You're not short on discipline. You've proved that already — the business runs, the team looks to you, people depend on what you carry.
So why does it still feel like effort with no traction?
Because you've been leading against your own grain. Copying the style of a man you follow online. Forcing yourself through work that quietly drains you. Measuring your worth against this quarter's numbers. The problem isn't your work ethic. It's that no one has ever put your God-given design in front of you and read it honestly.
Leverage is where the LIFE Path begins for a reason: a small, well-placed force can move an enormous weight but only if the fulcrum is set right. Set the fulcrum, and every effort multiplies. Leave it shaky, and every structure you build eventually cracks under pressure.
Four weeks. One-on-one. Everything on paper.
Week 1 — Identity Before Ability. Before your strengths mean anything, your identity has to be settled. Your worth stops moving with outcomes. Comparison loses its grip. You lead as a son, not a performer.
Week 2 — God-Given Wiring. Using your LIFE Path Assessment, we map how God actually built you to operate, where your strengths compound, where you create the most value, and which blind spots have been taxing your growth. Confidence in your own style instead of a borrowed one.
Week 3 — Assignment & Alignment. Strengths aren't direction. We find the intersection of your gifts, responsibilities, passions, and calling across family, business, ministry, and community, so you stop grinding where you don't multiply.
Week 4 — Vision & Leadership Direction. Leadership without direction is just motion. You'll write a God-centered vision statement in your own words and a practical 30–90 day plan. What you learned becomes what you do.
