1. Overview

The Really Real Experience™ is an educational operating system designed to help experts, educators, coaches, consultants, and creators build a leveraged education business around their lived experience, content, and methodology.

By enrolling in the programme, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Programme Structure & Access

The Really Real Experience™ is structured as a long-term educational experience with a minimum three-month commitment.

The programme includes:

  • Access to educational resources and frameworks

  • Weekly live implementation sessions

  • Community access

  • Strategic feedback and guidance

  • Ongoing support throughout the active membership period

Access to programme materials, recordings, and community areas is available only during an active membership unless otherwise stated.

Resources, frameworks, and systems may evolve over time as the programme develops.

3. Payments & Commitment

By joining the programme, you agree to the selected payment structure at enrolment.

All payments are binding.

Because of the nature of the experience, refunds are not offered once access has been granted.

This programme is designed for committed participants who intend to fully engage with the process and implementation required.

4. Results & Responsibility

The Really Real Experience™ is an educational and strategic guidance programme.

We do not guarantee:

  • income

  • audience growth

  • client acquisition

  • business outcomes

  • financial results

Every participant enters with different levels of experience, skills, consistency, and execution.

Your results are ultimately shaped by your own implementation and decision-making.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • no specific outcomes are promised

  • all education provided is for informational purposes only

5. Intellectual Property

All programme content, systems, frameworks, documents, recordings, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of The Really Real Experience™ unless otherwise stated.

These materials are provided for personal educational use only.

You may not:

  • reproduce or distribute programme materials

  • repurpose frameworks for resale or training programmes

  • share member-only resources publicly

  • record or redistribute private sessions without permission

6. Confidentiality & Community

Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the community and its members.

This includes:

  • private discussions

  • shared business information

  • personal stories

  • strategies

  • internal frameworks

The strength of the room depends on trust and mutual respect.

7. Conduct & Participation

We reserve the right to remove participants from the programme if behaviour is consistently:

  • disruptive

  • disrespectful

  • unethical

  • harmful to the community environment

The Really Real Experience™ is designed as a focused and intentional space for serious operators building meaningful work.

8. Changes to the Programme

The programme may evolve over time as systems, frameworks, resources, and delivery methods improve.

We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to the structure and delivery of the experience.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed under the laws of the United Kingdom.
