Welcome to Marlena Digital. These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Marlena Digital, including the Promo Client Discovery Kit.
By purchasing a product from Marlena Digital, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Digital Product
The Promo Client Discovery Kit is a digital product delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
After successful payment, you will receive access to the digital product through the delivery method provided at checkout.
2. Personal and Business Use License
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Promo Client Discovery Kit for your own personal or internal business purposes.
You may:
Download and save the product for your own use.
Print copies for your own personal or internal business use.
Use the materials as part of your own client discovery and business workflow.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the digital product.
Upload the product to another website, marketplace, membership platform, shared drive, or public database.
Share the purchased files with other businesses, colleagues, organizations, or individuals who have not purchased their own license.
Copy, reproduce, or modify the product for the purpose of creating a competing product for sale or distribution.
Claim the product, its design, written content, or intellectual property as your own.
A separate license may be required for team, organizational, resale, or commercial distribution use.
3. Intellectual Property
All original written content, designs, worksheets, frameworks, branding, graphics, and other materials included in Marlena Digital products remain the intellectual property of Marlena Digital and/or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, brand, design, or other intellectual-property right to the purchaser.
4. Payment
Payment must be completed before access to the digital product is provided.
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be changed by Marlena Digital at any time for future purchases.
Any applicable payment-processing fees, taxes, or other charges will be handled according to the checkout platform and payment provider used to complete the transaction.
5. Digital Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the email account used during checkout.
If you experience a legitimate problem accessing your purchased product, please contact Marlena Digital for assistance.
6. Refunds
Because Marlena Digital products are digital and provide immediate access to downloadable content, purchases are generally considered final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

7. Product Information and Results
Marlena Digital creates educational, organizational, creative, and business-support resources.
No specific business, financial, marketing, sales, or other outcome is guaranteed through the purchase or use of any product.
The purchaser remains responsible for determining how to use the information and materials within their own business or professional activities.
8. Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, redistribution, or reproduction of Marlena Digital products is prohibited.
Marlena Digital reserves the right to revoke access to products when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized distribution, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Changes to Products or Terms
Marlena Digital may update, revise, improve, discontinue, or change digital products and these Terms & Conditions when appropriate.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marlena Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use its digital products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Digital Product Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
Thank you for purchasing from Marlena Digital.
Because our products are delivered digitally and customers receive access to the content shortly after purchase, digital product purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.
When a Refund May Be Considered
Marlena Digital may review a refund request when:
You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
A technical problem prevents you from receiving or accessing the product and Marlena Digital is unable to resolve the issue.
An incorrect product was delivered as a result of an error by Marlena Digital.
A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Change-of-Mind Purchases
Refunds will generally not be issued because a customer:
Changed their mind after purchasing.
Decided they no longer need the product.
Did not use the product.
Expected features, services, customization, or content that were not included in the product description.
Purchased the product without first reviewing the available description and information.
Before Requesting a Refund
If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact Marlena Digital first. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve legitimate delivery or access problems.

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible and remain subject to the processing times of the applicable payment provider.
Unauthorized Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Marlena Digital regarding legitimate purchase or delivery problems before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Submitting a payment dispute does not authorize continued use, copying, distribution, or sharing of the digital product.
Your Agreement
By purchasing a Marlena Digital digital product, you acknowledge that you are purchasing downloadable digital content and agree to this Digital Product Refund Policy, subject to any rights provided to you by applicable law.
