What if taking better care of your animal also meant taking better care of yourself?
Our animals can become incredibly involved in what we’re going through. They watch us, respond to us, support us, and sometimes seem to take on things we never asked them to carry.
And that’s where our own energy becomes really important. When we’re carrying stress, fear, grief, anxiety, or even worry about them, that changes the energy they’re living around and responding to every day. Working on ourselves gives them something different to respond to too.
During this 60 minute remote Reiki session, I work with you and your animal individually, then with your energetic connection and combined energy based on what comes up.
You’ll choose an intention for the session. This could be:
“I struggle with anxiety and wonder if my animal is carrying some of it too.”
“My animal is going through something and I want to support them without adding my own worry to it.”
“My animal is extremely protective or watchful of me and I’m curious what’s happening energetically.”
“We have a really strong bond and I want to understand our energetic connection better and how I can support my animal through it.”
And yes, this is open to animals of any species!
I don’t go into the session assuming your animal is mirroring you, carrying your energy, or that something between you needs to be cleared. Your intention guides the session, but what we work on depends on what I find.
What you’ll receive
Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed written recap of the entire session. This is a really important part of the work because Reiki can help clear and rebalance the energy, but the recap helps you understand what may have been contributing to those patterns in the first place.
I’ll walk you through what I found for you and your animal individually, what came up within your connection, and specific recommendations based on those findings. The goal is to give you things you can actually work with afterward so you’re not immediately falling back into the same patterns the Reiki just helped clear.
This is a Reiki session, not an animal communication reading, although intuitive information from your animal may come through and will be included in your recap.
During your session
This is a fully remote Reiki session with no phone or video call. You and your animal do not need to be together, and neither of you needs to do anything specific during the session.
I recommend giving yourself time to relax and be present for the experience while your animal can go about their normal routine. Please don’t drive or plan anything that requires your full attention during your appointment.
Important: Your confirmation email will include an intake form where you’ll tell me about you, your animal, and your intention for the session. It must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment.
