This is lesson one of a larger course, but it’s perfect even if you’re discovering my page for the very first time and are ready to submit to a process, to track and see your feelings loop.
How did this all come about?
In early 2025, I set out to write a book for a future “mini me"; a collection of letters to my younger self on love, beauty, social media, and everything in between.
That book became Letters to Seemingly Functional (available on Amazon).
After finishing it, I shifted into coaching social media marketing for restaurants; another passion of mine, but the process of writing my book helped me so much mentally and emotionally that I felt called to help others experience something similar.
I tried audio coaching, but it felt flat. I knew I loved teaching, coaching, and visuals… but with AI everywhere, most graphics felt impersonal.
Then on November 1st of this year, the breakthrough came: Equations.
Equations felt neutral; something I believe is important when learning from someone.
Was I always a math girlie? Absolutely not.
But I knew neutrality had to be the key.
So I invite you, with patience and openness, to explore this clarity I’ve found.
These equations come to me constantly now, so this won’t be the last release.
And yes, once all the modules are complete and uploaded, I’ll offer a course bundle.
But for now, it’s just me on this little team, building it piece by piece.

Sometimes we avoid what we don't understand....or worse things we think we understand.
This challenge is for those who:
Feel mentally cluttered
Want deeper clarity in their calling
Sense God is pulling them higher
Are tired of scrolling addictions
Are overstimulated and under-fulfilled
Are ready to break cycles
Want discipline that actually transforms identity
The biggest transformation I’ve ever experienced came from two things: self-analysis and world-analysis.
When you learn to separate the two—and re-align your principles, your sovereignty, and your power—you stop collapsing into the noise. You begin to observe without feeling small, stuck, or insignificant.
And I’ll be honest:
If you’ve been overly cautious or hesitant to explore your potential on social media… it’s usually because your impact is bigger than you realize.
That’s why the resistance feels so strong.
That’s why the beliefs that block you feel so loud.
They aren’t evidence of weakness—they’re evidence of unrealized capacity.
From experience, getting to where you want to be takes time, but the time will pass either way.
Just like correcting a diet, a lifestyle habit, or a behavior… growth requires awareness.
You can shame yourself with “no,” “bad,” and “stop,”
or you can choose the mature route:
understanding your tendencies, your gaps, and the roots beneath them.
When you declutter your algorithm and reset your habits, you create space for deliberate, grounded awareness.
This is how we evolve.
This is how we learn.
This is how we rise.
Who’s ready?
Say I’m ready.
This is a video, that breaks down an equation to visualize your usage. It's easy to say "I have a problem", it's harder to say "I will track how bad my problem is". You are willing to track in a journal or notebook for 2 weeks your daily usage. Along, with a few other details. Those few other details you will focus on to continue tracking on week 3 and 4, but you will also begin correction, either placing rules and/or utilizing the content you have detailed to either address its sabotage or inspiration upon your life.
The lesson is 35 minutes, breaking down the equation, what to log, and how to analyze your logged info. Great to do with a partner, close friend, or older child. It shows modeling and accountability through process.
