A 4-week coaching program designed to help you build confidence, make friends, and overcome social anxiety.
I didn't have a real social life for the first 22 years of my life.

I was always the quiet, awkward kid. I had classroom friends, but I never got invited to anything. I hid in bathroom stalls during lunch because I was embarrassed to sit alone. After school, I'd watch everyone pile into cars to go hang out while I drove home by myself.
Every day I told myself the same thing: Maybe it'll get better in college. Maybe it'll get better once I get a job. But nothing changed.
As graduation got closer, I genuinely believed I'd missed my window to ever build a normal social life. That's when it hit me:
If nothing changed, this was going to be the rest of my life.
So I finally did something about it. I started therapy. I began intentionally facing my fears, forcing myself into uncomfortable situations again and again. Slowly, everything started to change.
I built friendships, started dating, hosted parties, moved across the country, and even worked in door-to-door sales.
Now I spend my time helping other people overcome the same thing I struggled with for over two decades.

✔ Four weekly 60-minute Zoom calls - Meet once a week to review your progress, overcome obstacles, and plan your next steps.
✔ A personalized recovery plan - Instead of giving you generic advice, we will identify your current challenges and create practical steps based on your goals, experience, and level of social anxiety.
✔ Weekly action steps - You will leave each call with a small number of clear, achievable actions to complete before the next session. These may involve:
Starting conversations
Attending social events
Booking your first therapy session
Inviting someone to spend time together
Becoming more comfortable with vulnerability
Working through fears of rejection
Building consistency instead of avoiding situations
✔ Private WhatsApp support - You will have access to a private WhatsApp chat with me throughout the month for accountability, brief questions, progress updates, and support between calls.
WhatsApp messages are answered Monday–Friday, typically within 24–48 hours. This support is intended for accountability and questions between sessions—not emergency or crisis support.
Therapy taught me the principles.
But there were still practical questions I had to figure out through experience:
• How do I actually make friends?
• How do I invite someone to hang out?
• How do I stop avoiding social situations?
• How do I become comfortable being vulnerable?
This coaching program is designed to help you answer those questions while keeping you accountable along the way.
This coaching program is designed to work alongside therapy—not replace it.
Many people with social anxiety also experience depression, generalized anxiety, or other mental health challenges.
If you're already seeing a therapist or psychiatrist, this coaching can complement that work by helping you:
Stay accountable between sessions
Create practical exposure goals
Apply what you're learning in therapy to real-life situations
Build confidence through consistent action
If I believe you'd benefit from working with a therapist or psychiatrist, I'll encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional as part of your recovery.
Your program will be personalized, but common areas may include:
Understanding what is keeping you stuck
Creating a realistic social-anxiety recovery plan
Building gradual exposure challenges
Making friends as an adult
Initiating plans and inviting people to hang out
Improving confidence in conversations
Becoming more comfortable with vulnerability
Handling rejection, awkwardness, and setbacks
Dating with social anxiety
Staying accountable and following through
Week 1: Understand the problem - Assessment + personalized recovery plan.
Week 2: Start taking action - Begin exposure challenges and build consistency.
Week 3: Build connection - Work on developing friendships, confidence, and vulnerability.
Week 4: Create your long-term plan - Review progress and create your long-term recovery plan.
The first step is scheduling a free 15-minute consultation call.
This call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your current struggles and goals, and determine whether this coaching program is the right fit for you.
I'll learn more about what's been keeping you stuck, answer any questions you have, and explain exactly how the 4-week program works.
If we both feel it's a good fit, I'll invite you to join the program.
