Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a product, booking a session, or using any content provided by Mav.
By purchasing a product, booking a session, accessing content, or otherwise using the services offered by Mav, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products, educational materials, 1:1 coaching sessions, and other services offered by Mav / @mavereuer (“Mav,” “I,” “me,” or “my”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use the products or services.
2. Educational and Personal Development Purposes
All content, digital products, resources, and 1:1 sessions are provided for educational, informational, coaching, and personal development purposes only.
They do not constitute therapy, mental health counseling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, diagnosis, treatment, or any other licensed professional service.
Nothing provided should be considered a substitute for guidance, diagnosis, treatment, or services from an appropriately qualified or licensed professional.
If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, legal situation, finances, or another matter requiring professional expertise, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Any information, suggestions, exercises, strategies, recommendations, or potential next steps provided through Mav's products or services are intended to help you think through your own circumstances.
No particular outcome or result is guaranteed.
Individual results vary based on many factors outside of Mav's control.
You remain responsible for evaluating the information provided and deciding whether and how to apply it to your own circumstances.
4. Personal Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
Purchasing a product or participating in a 1:1 session does not create a professional-client relationship with a therapist, physician, attorney, financial adviser, or other licensed professional.
You agree to exercise your own judgment when deciding whether to act on any information provided.
5. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased product for your own personal purposes.
Unless you receive prior written permission from Mav, you may not:
share the product with another person
reproduce or distribute the product
upload the product publicly
resell the product
sublicense the product
modify the product for resale or redistribution
use the product to create a competing commercial product
commercially exploit any portion of the product
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within it.
6. Digital Product Refund Policy
Because digital products are delivered electronically and access may be provided immediately, digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing a product you purchased, please contact mavereuer@gmail.com so I can assist you.
7. 1:1 Sessions
1:1 sessions are designed to provide personalized educational and personal development guidance based on the topics you choose to discuss.
Sessions are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or another licensed professional service.
No particular outcome from a session is guaranteed.
8. Booking and Rescheduling
All 1:1 bookings are final and non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please email mavereuer@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Cancellations, missed appointments, and rescheduling requests submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling.
If an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.
9. Session Conduct and Personal Boundaries
1:1 sessions are intended to focus on your own goals, questions, circumstances, and areas of personal development.
Please do not use a session to ask intrusive questions about Mav's private or personal life.
If an intrusive personal question is asked, you will receive one reminder of this boundary.
If additional intrusive personal questions are asked after that reminder, Mav reserves the right to end the session.
A session ended because of repeated violations of this policy will not be eligible for a refund.
Mav also reserves the right to end a session in cases of harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, sexually inappropriate behavior, abusive behavior, or other conduct that makes continuing the session inappropriate or unsafe.
10. Recording of 1:1 Sessions
1:1 sessions may be audio and/or video recorded only with your consent.
You will be asked to provide affirmative consent before recording begins.
If you do not consent, the session will not be recorded unless recording is required as a condition of a particular service and that requirement was clearly disclosed to you before purchase.
Recordings will not be publicly shared or used for promotional purposes without separate permission from you.
11. Session Summaries and Resources
When included with your purchase, you may receive a written summary of topics discussed during your session and potential next steps.
Mav may also provide studies, articles, tools, resources, or other information that may be relevant to your discussion.
The inclusion of a third-party resource does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee regarding its accuracy, effectiveness, or suitability for your specific circumstances.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original written content, exercises, frameworks, graphics, videos, educational materials, digital products, and other original materials created by Mav are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Certain designs, images, fonts, graphics, software, or other components may be licensed from third-party providers. Ownership of those underlying third-party materials remains with their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as transferring ownership of Mav's intellectual property to you.
13. Copyright and Unauthorized Sharing
Digital products are licensed to the individual purchaser.
You may not post purchased materials online, upload them to file-sharing platforms, distribute copies to others, or otherwise make them available to people who have not purchased them.
Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, resale, or distribution may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights.
14. Accuracy of Information
Reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate and useful information.
However, research, recommendations, scientific understanding, technology, third-party resources, and other information may change over time.
Mav does not guarantee that every piece of information will remain complete, current, or applicable to every individual situation.
15. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Products and services may rely on third-party platforms such as payment processors, scheduling platforms, video conferencing services, email providers, or digital-product hosting services.
Mav is not responsible for outages, interruptions, errors, or other technical problems caused by third-party services outside of Mav's reasonable control.
If a technical issue prevents you from receiving something you purchased, please contact mavereuer@gmail.com so the issue can be addressed.
16. Payments
You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information when making a purchase.
You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout.
Prices may change in the future. A later price reduction, promotion, or discount does not entitle a previous purchaser to a partial refund or price adjustment.
17. Privacy
Personal information provided in connection with purchases or services will be handled in accordance with Mav's Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and other contact information you provide are accurate.
18. Testimonials
Any testimonials or examples of customer experiences represent individual experiences.
They do not guarantee that you will receive the same or similar results.
If your testimonial, name, image, recording, or other identifying information will be used publicly for marketing purposes, separate permission may be requested.
19. Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where legally permitted, to purchase Mav's products or services.
For 1:1 sessions, Mav may require participants to be 18 or older.
20. Changes to Products or Services
Mav may update, modify, discontinue, or replace products, services, pricing, availability, or these Terms from time to time.
Changes to these Terms will apply prospectively from the date the revised version is posted unless otherwise stated.
The version in effect when you complete a purchase will govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
