Each level weaves together traditional Reiki teachings with practices to strengthen your natural intuition - because the most profound healing happens when a client feels truly seen, held and understood.

All courses are held in small, intimate groups in Sydney's Northern Beaches - a safe space to learn, open, and connect.

Reiki 1 — Shoden | The Foundation
Your first attunement. Your first remembering.

Shoden means “the first teaching” — an opening of your energy channels to receive and channel Reiki for the first time. You will learn the history and principles of Reiki, hand positions for self-healing and treating others, and begin to develop sensitivity to energy. This level is powerful for managing stress and anxiety, easing physical tension, reconnecting with your body, and returning to a deeper sense of calm.

Reiki 2 — Okuden | Deepening the Practice
More energy. More reach. More knowing.

At this level you receive three sacred symbols that amplify your healing capacity and allow you to send Reiki across distance — to people, situations, and past experiences that still carry weight. Emotional healing deepens here. Your intuition becomes more pronounced, and your ability to hold space for others becomes noticeably more powerful.

Reiki 3 — Shinpiden | Master Level
The path of the teacher. The embodiment of the practice.

Master level is an initiation into the full depth of Reiki - you receive the Master symbol, deepen your energetic sensitivity, and if you choose, gain the ability to attune others. This level is a coming home to your gifts. Combined with the intuitive development practices woven throughout, you leave with the presence and skill to offer a client experience that is truly transformative - one where they feel held at a soul level.
