Most weeks have a task that comes round again and again. The same reply to every enquiry. The same details copied from one place to another. Not difficult, just never-ending.
Olive is a skill for your own AI account. Once she's installed, Olive walks you through that one task, one question at a time: what sets it off, and what you actually need at the end. Then she describes, in plain English, how it could happen without you.
If the task is rare, or quicker to do by hand than to automate, Olive will say so. Sometimes the honest answer is to leave it as it is.
You finish with a one-page summary to keep: the task, what triggers it, the result you need, and one small first step to try this week.
