Polly: Turn a client call into a proposal

The call went well and you said you'd send something over. Two days later the proposal still isn't written, and the client is still waiting.
Polly is a proposal writer for your own AI account. Paste in your call notes or a transcript, or just tell her what you remember. She asks for anything that's missing, one question at a time, then writes a short proposal in your own voice. You read it through, change what you like and send it.
She only uses what you give her. She never guesses a price or a date, so anything you haven't told her goes in square brackets for you to fill in.

Polly needs words to work from. If you only have a call recording, get a written transcript first.
She doesn't advise on pricing, and she doesn't write contracts or give legal advice.
