Restore mobility, circulation, and connection from the ground up.
Most people don’t realize how much the feet affect the rest of the body until pain, stiffness, inflammation, or exhaustion begin showing up elsewhere — in the knees, hips, lower back, posture, balance, energy levels, and even the nervous system itself.
The feet are the foundation beneath everything above them.
In this module, students will learn how to work with the feet using the principles of the Regenerative Bodywork System — increasing circulation, mobility, flexibility, drainage, and awareness through hands-on techniques that can be used for lifelong support and maintenance.
This is not simply about foot pain.
It is about restoring movement and flow throughout the body.
Inside this course, students will learn:
stretching and mobility techniques for the feet and ankles
how to use pressure points, massage, gua sha, movement, and breathwork together
techniques to help soften fascia, stiffness, and calcification patterns
how to increase circulation and warmth in cold or stagnant feet
foundational support practices for plantar fasciitis, bunions, rigidity, and foot pain
how the feet connect to the knees, hips, pelvis, and lower back
how to identify nodules, congestion, blocked circulation, and compensation patterns
drainage-based bodywork principles that work from back to front
foundational kidney drainage and acupressure points connected to stress, tension, fear, and exhaustion
how to begin observing the body through texture, temperature, movement, color, and tension patterns
This work can create important shifts in daily life by helping students:
move with less pain and restriction
improve flexibility and mobility
increase circulation and warmth
reduce tension buildup throughout the lower body
improve body awareness and posture
reconnect to the body through practical daily care
support healthier movement patterns over time
feel more grounded, stable, and connected physically
Without proper movement and circulation, the body compensates upward. Small issues in the feet often become larger issues over time in the knees, hips, and back.
Most people wait until pain becomes severe before paying attention to their foundation.
This module helps students begin restoring that foundation now.
The techniques taught here are simple, practical, and repeatable — designed to become part of daily life rather than a temporary fix. Many students begin noticing increased warmth, mobility, relaxation, and awareness after only a short time working with these practices.
This is one of the most accessible and impactful starting points within the Regenerative Bodywork System — and a powerful entry point into understanding how the body heals through circulation, movement, breath, and flow.
