Going Independent Cohort
A live, small-group cohort for BCBAs building an independent, caregiver-led practice.
Not a course. Not passive content.
A structured space to think, decide, and move forward with your business.
Over four weeks, we work through the pieces that decide whether a solo practice actually works: your offer, positioning, pricing, systems, and client acquisition. You’ll work on your own ideas in real time, with guidance, structure, and a small group of BCBAs doing the same.
You’ll leave with decisions made and a clear next step.
“This group has given me the courage to just do it scared... Thank you for showing me that it is possible.”
— BCBA, 2026 cohort attendee
This cohort is for you if you’re:
In the early stages of building or exploring a solo practice
Ready to move from ideas into action
Looking for a more flexible way to practice
Committed to a caregiver-led model. This cohort doesn’t cover supervision-based or RBT-dependent service models.
“It helped me think through what I actually want my practice to look like and gave me a much better idea of where to focus my time and energy... I was going back and forth so much, but this cohort helped me realize I can make this model work.”
— BCBA, 2026 cohort attendee
