Silent Hikes
$222
Bring me what you're carrying.
A decision.
A relationship.
A transition.
A question you keep circling.
Something you can’t quite name.
Something you know needs to change but don’t yet know how.
We begin with about 20 minutes of conversation. You tell me the whole story — whatever feels important, messy, unfinished, or difficult to articulate.
Then we walk.
Quietly.
No probing questions.
No problem-solving.
No talking it to death.
Just walking.
As we move, I pay attention to you, to what shifts, to what you say and don’t say, and to what I notice along the way.
At the end of our walk, we pause together for 20–30 minutes.
I’ll share my observations.
Not a diagnosis.
Not a prescription.
Not a list of things you should do.
Simply what I noticed.
Sometimes another perspective is enough to help something come into focus.
Sometimes the thing we thought we were trying to solve isn’t actually the thing.
And sometimes we already know.
We just need enough space to hear ourselves.
Three trails. One way of walking.
Choose from three easy-to-moderate trails, each offering its own landscape and rhythm.
The hike isn’t about distance, pace, elevation, or fitness.
It’s about being outside while something inside you has room to move.
Choose the trail that calls to you.
