A weekly virtual gathering created as a space to slow down, check in with yourself, and reconnect with your mind, body, and community.
Each week, we’ll come together for an intentional hour of grounding, reflection, connection, and gentle somatic practice. We’ll begin with an opening check-in and intention setting, followed by a guided meditation and an opportunity to tune into our energy and how we’re arriving in the moment.
I’ll share a little wisdom or reflection to carry with you into your week, followed by a simple somatic practice designed to help you reconnect with your body and create space to pause, breathe, and reset.
We’ll close with a grounding meditation, followed by optional community sharing for anyone who feels called to share or simply wants to listen.
This is a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. You can simply come as you are.
No experience necessary. No specific reason for being here required. Just come breathe, connect, and be.

I'm Melissa, of @soulspacewithmel, I'm a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healing & Somatic practitioner, and substance use & mental health group therapy facilitator. For nearly a decade, I've been creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported in their healing and personal growth.
My work brings together mindfulness, somatic practices, meditation, sound, energy work, and meaningful conversation. I believe healing doesn't always have to happen in isolation, and that there is something powerful about being witnessed, supported, and connected to others while we navigate life.
Soul Space Community Circle is an extension of that belief: a place to breathe, come back to yourself, and connect with others.
