1. Educational Purpose

From Bondage to Freedom™ has been created for educational, personal growth, and faith-based purposes only. The information, exercises, reflections, prayers, nervous system regulation practices, and trauma-informed tools contained within this workbook are intended to support personal learning and self-reflection.

This workbook is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

2. Professional Disclaimer

While I am a Registered Educator with extensive training in trauma-informed practice, nervous system regulation, and personal development, I am not providing regulated healthcare, psychotherapy, psychology, psychiatry, counselling, or medical services through this workbook.

I am not currently practising under a regulated professional college, and this workbook should never be considered a substitute for:
