Five stars. An hour with Anthony was one of the most useful strategy conversations I've had on AI this year. My background is public policy and law, with a focus on healthcare policy, data governance, GDPR, antitrust and technology. I came in skeptical of generic AI advice, because most of it ignores the regulatory reality of healthcare in Europe. Anthony didn't. He has worked in digital health himself, including remote patient monitoring and per-patient data architecture for pharma, and it showed within the first ten minutes. He listened more than he pitched, asked sharp questions, and left me with concrete next steps rather than buzzwords. My daughter set this call up. I'll admit I didn't see the point. I've practiced law since 1971 and never once posted on social media. No more lost calls after five o'clock. The part I didn't expect was inside the office. He showed us how our clerks could use Claude, an AI assistant, to summarize medical records, organize files, and draft first versions of routine letters and demand packages. Work that used to take a clerk most of a day can take an hour, with the attorney reviewing everything before it goes out. That means cases move faster and my people spend their time where it counts. He was careful throughout. He raised client confidentiality and bar advertising rules before I did. I came away with a plan I understood, from someone who clearly understood my business.
