Booking a Reiki Appointment or Energy Healing Session
By booking a Reiki session or purchasing an energy healing program, and upon the agreement to the informed consent form below, you agree that all medical and personal information provided to us is accurate and true to the best of your knowledge. Prior to all Reiki sessions, the appropriate informed consent form(s) must be submitted as an acknowledgement of your understanding of the contents of the document.
Reiki or Energy Healing Treatment
Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. We are not healthcare professionals, and therefore all Reiki treatments received from Metztli Janeth LLC are not to be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Only a licensed medical professional is deemed qualified to make any diagnosis or give treatment recommendations.

Effect of a Reiki Treatment
Reiki always works to serve the highest good of all concerned. Based on this principle, a desired outcome may or may not result from a Reiki session. As the effects of a Reiki treatment is unique for every recipient, the information and testimonials presented in this site is therefore a compilation of different clients’ personal and unique experiences and does not represent all Reiki experiences.
During or after a Reiki session, an individual may or may not experience the following: discomfort during a Reiki session, increased tiredness, headache, stomachache, weakness, nausea, vomiting, seeing lights or colors, experiencing changes in temperature (such as warmth or coolness), tingling sensations, vibrations. Some individuals may recall certain memories or emotions during sessions as needed to process past events.
Reiki During End of Life Care
Reiki provided during end of life care either to a person or an animal will not change the will of the soul nor interfere with the process. Offering Reiki treatment during these moments can provide comfort and healing for all involved in the end of life experience, lending support within a space of calm and peacefulness.
Client’s Role
By booking and receiving a Reiki session, the client agrees to accept full responsibility that they solely are in charge of their journey, life choices, and transformation. The client agrees to take complete responsibility for their own health and well-being and for the decisions that lead to a necessary shift in attitudes, nutrition, and lifestyle.
Clients understand and agree that in order for healing to take place, several treatment sessions are often necessary to support the healing process. While it is possible that one Reiki treatment can make a difference for your health, most long-term imbalances were not created overnight and sometimes require multiple Reiki sessions in order to facilitate the healing process. Clients recognize that this process will take commitment and time.
With any feedback that is offered or recommended, clients are fully responsible for any decisions made thereafter, and agree that anything offered by the practitioner does not come with guarantees for effectiveness or success. Metztli Janeth LLC is not liable for the results of decisions, actions, life choices, or changes that are made based on the provided guidance and feedback received as part of a Reiki session.
By booking a session and agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client agrees to waive any claim towards Metztli Janeth LLC for any physical, emotional, or psychological changes, detox symptoms, transformations, or changes in outcome that may or may not be observed after a Reiki session.
Appointment availability
Treatments are available according to the program selected or as scheduled in https://stan.store/metztli_janeth
Late arrivals
Due to the practitioner’s other commitments, a client who arrives late accepts that their session may be shortened according to the time of delay caused by their late arrival. The client agrees to pay for the full cost of the treatment for the original scheduled time.
Cancellation
There will be no refunds for purchase of an energy healing session or package.
Rescheduling Appointment Type
If a client wishes to change their in-person appointment to a distance appointment, they will incur no additional charge. Please let the practitioner know as soon as possible and prior to the session.
Payment
Sessions are scheduled through https://stan.store/metztli_janeth and payment in full is requested at the time of service to reserve the payment.
Coupon Codes
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of coupon codes, offers, and discounts at any time, and discontinue or cancel any coupon codes previously issued without prior notice.
Liability
By using our services, the client agrees to waive any claim toward Metztli Janeth LLC and any of its practitioners harmless for any intended or unintended results of Reiki treatments given, and agree that we will nob be held liable for compensation should any damages or injury result from using our service, which extends to the use of its site, hyperlinks, and information shared. In the event of a site failure, computer virus, or interruption of availability to our site for any reason, please note that Metztli Janeth LLC is not liable for any damages, expenses, or losses resulting directly or indirectly from the event.

I am not a licensed medical physician and do not diagnose, treat or prescribe remedies for the treatment of disease. The services I perform, whether in person, by mail or by phone, are at all times restricted to complementary and alternative health care services intended for the maintenance of the best possible state of general well-being. I am prohibited from performing surgery or any invasive procedure, administer or prescribe x-ray radiation, prescribe prescription drugs, use general or spinal anesthetics, administer ionizing radioactive substances, use a laser device that punctures the skin, perform enemas/colonics unless board certified, practice midwifery, practice psychotherapy, perform spinal manipulation, practice optometry, directly administer medical protocols to a pregnant woman or a person who has cancer, practice dentistry, set fractures, practice massage therapy, provide a conventional medical disease diagnosis or recommend the discontinuation of a course of care recommended by a health care professional.
