By purchasing and joining MH Poker Lab, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Membership Access
Your membership provides you access to the MH Poker Lab community, weekly calls, educational content, and member resources for as long as your membership is active.
2. Recurring Billing
MH Poker Lab is a monthly recurring membership. By purchasing, you authorize MH Poker Lab to automatically charge your payment method each month. You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access through the end of your billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this membership and immediate access to community content, coaching calls, and materials, all payments are non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree to this no refund policy.
4. Community Conduct
Members are expected to be respectful to others in the community. Harassment, hate speech, threats, sharing other members’ personal information, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the community without a refund.
5. Content Ownership
All content provided inside MH Poker Lab, including videos, calls, training materials, graphics, logos, and documents, are the property of MH Poker Lab and may not be copied, recorded, shared, or resold without written permission.
6. Account Sharing
Sharing your account login with others is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the community without a refund.
7. Educational Disclaimer
MH Poker Lab provides educational content only. We do not guarantee poker results, winnings, or income. Your results depend on your own decisions, effort, discipline, and experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
MH Poker Lab is not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues that may result from the use of our content, community, or services.
9. Payment Responsibility
You agree to provide a valid payment method and are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
10. Changes to Terms
MH Poker Lab may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the membership means you accept any updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
